What has this got to do with freedom? Rather it is about commonsense. Lekki tollgate is now tainted with controversy and Lagos run the risk of it becoming an agitation Mecca where things can quickly escalate and get out of hand.

Evey opportunist and anarchist may want to use the venue of the #EndSARS protest for their own nefarious agenda knowing that Nigerian youth are gullible, easy to misguide and use same as it was revealed that desperate politicians were the sponsors of #EndSARS. No large group should congregate at Lekki tollgate. Simple.

It is only in Nigeria that agitators are of the attention-seeking seeking variety( like Yesufu, Adeyanju, Omokri etal ) always highlighting the problems yet we never see them proferring solutions.

Elsewhere, agitators begin initiatives and solution-seeking programmes alongside voluntary/charitable engagement.
