Me too am on that table.. i applied since August and am going to connestoga. I have pleaded for more time ti pay my first semester fees.quote author=Grubsk post=117269741]Please I need help, I submitted my application in August, and Stanbic decided to answer me after 3 months of waiting. My school has confirmed payment and they have shared the receipt with me.
How do I send my proof of payment (1st-semester school fees receipt) using the new portal? Am I to send an email or submit it as an additional document?

Good day everyone

I heard if you're to apply for visa and there's a lump sum(for instance if my POF is meant to be 5m & the entire amount was dropped into the account at once) in the account I'm to use for POF, there's a possibility the visa might not be granted. So my question is this, considering I intend using a vendor for POF, how can I avoid this? Knowing that a vendor is providing the POF.

Your replies are appreciated

Permit me caution you to kindly choose your words wisely when responding/talking to people. You may have a good case but ruin it with wrong use of words. Yes it’s a faceless forum but we don’t know who is on the other end of the keyboard, main reason we ought to talk to people respectfully and politely. I’m not saying this only because of this response but what I’ve observed/noticed over time. I may not be talking all the time but I’m very observant.
I stand to be corrected if I’m wrong.

I don't understand your comment. The person I replied to is already in Canada and has already applied for PR. He probably asked that question for a friend. I told him to remove "English teacher" from his list of suggestions and I gave the reasons.

If I'm rude to someone, it's because I felt they were rude to me in the first place.

This is very true I find it very irritating when people, in the name of social media, talk to people anyhow. Remember life is a bitch and whatever you do always has its consequences even if it is as small as hitting your big toe. Forget the fact that we are faceless we still have emotions so please learn to filter your words because you are looking at your phone doesn't mean you can talk however you want.
Bepositive11 is actually a very blunt person from what I have observed about him/her and I actually like people who don't beat around the bush and go straight to the point but sometimes we should learn to know when to be blunt and when to sugarcoat the lady was asking a question at this point she is in a helpless state probably relying solely on the reply from people of this group that being said your choice of words were very inappropriate. Thank you and God bless.
Remember respect is reciprocal.

No. The person I replied to is a "he" not a lady. He's already in Canada and has already applied for PR. He was probably asking for a friend.

I wouldn't have replied like that if he was asking for himself, let alone if it was a lady asking for herself.

No, I don't get it... which words? "Just remove"? If it was that, as I said, I wouldn't have spoken like that if the person was asking for himself.

If it was the latter sentence about "Nigerian accent", I would say that's the bitter truth. Only for "English teaching" though

Good evening. Please what’s the difference between a graduate certificate and post graduate diploma. Which is best and advisable in terms of getting a visa for someone who has a Bsc already.

First, you need to find out which course aligns with your career progression.
Secondly, Do you have enough fund for 2yr program... most PGD's are 2 years.
3rdly, PGD will give you more years for Post Graduate work permit.
If you have the funds to show for two years. Go ahead with PGD. Otherwise, settle for PGCert...Course Credits/load is smaller and usually usually for 1 yr(2 semester).

Hi @all

I'm taking a break from this thread. I want to take a break from this whole Canada student visa thing. It's becoming an unhealthy obsession. I will just distract myself with other things until my PPR lands -- I still have weeeeks to go.

Meanwhile, I've updated the roll call without the closing square brackets. Anyone who's interested can continue where I stopped. Just copy and paste the text, then add back the closing square brackets.

The goal was to update it daily and repost the updated version every Monday.
