7 million will finish it with high quality finishing. No roof there. That's slant roofing design and the windows won't be much. Total area built less than 80 meters.

Please no matter what we are building, we should always endeavor to observe a good practice and it's only an experienced builder like us that will give you what you need. Avoid those baba mukalla”s idea cos you'll end up renovating your structure on a monthly basis.

did u just start the project,and how much did he charge u for blocks each, remember u will add 2 coach round on the lintel,is the 1850 blocks among
