You sound like a new student. For a new student, semester registration is 36k for Undergraduate and 35k for postgraduate students.
The above is without course and exams registration fees. All payments can be made online. Make sure you keep your payment receipts as you may be asked to present them.
not really, thanks tho.

Good evening sirs/mas.
A friend wants to apply for B.Sc. Primary Education at NOUN.
I would sincerely appreciate if these bogging questions can please be answered;
1. When can he apply?
2. If admitted, when is he resuming?
3. What are the admission costs?
4. Which courses will he take in the first semester?
We are trying to make important life choice here so a quick answer is solicited.
Thanks.

2. Better he resume January as exams is so close - October/November
3. Application fee is 5000

My friend is returning to books after some hiatus and I'll do anything to help him. He is starting from 100Level.
One last question though; Assuming be was given admission now, how does he 'resume'?
Thanks once again sir.

The 'resume' entails doing registration
And beginning your personal studies.
I suggest you should get him the Materials ahead of January so he can begin the studies in time. Remember, NOUN operates Open Distance Learning where the learners don't meet physically but join online facilitation.
Get him to download the materials. The materials are all available for free even when you are yet to register. Before January, be would have been a bit fired up.
nou.edu.ng/e-courseware
I have sent you the list of courses. Download the materials from there

It's not all courses that are facilitated
If any of your courses are facilitated, you will see it there including even past facilitation videos.

If you total compulsory courses is up to 18units, add just one. That should do. No need carrying plenty load that can affect your performance

Thanks for the reply sir am in 300lvl 1st semester when i checked, i saw 4 core courses and 4 elective so should pick only 4 core courses and 1 elective. I also checked 200lvl 2nd semester and they add 1 core course to the remaining 1 elective i left there last semester. Please guide me on how to pick it sir.

Ideally, out of the 4 electives, you are supposed to pick 2 electives. You didn't state the total units of the core courses. That is very important.
The only purpose of elective is to make sure you meet up with the minimum required TCE for graduation. It requires you knowing how many you have now and how many expected of you at the end of the programme. But by DEFAULT, pick 2 out of 4 electives.

2 of the core courses has 2 credit unit and the other 2 has 3 credit unit while all the electives has 3 credit unit each so the total of the core is 10 credit with 2 electives making 16 unit and seems have taken 2 or 3 before

That 16 should do. Especially if u have been having up to 18 units previously.

Hello everyone, plz I got into a problem while registering for NOUN online! After the undergraduate fee of #5188 was made with my debit card, the page failed to proceed, instead it showed me an error message. I didn't see the final form, and remita has debited my account. Please how do I fix this?
