Did you register the gift deed of the duplex with the government or what sort of validation did you give the document?

I notarized it.

I think he/she was asking what documents can be used to apply for Canadian SP since he/she resides in the US and not like documents to apply for F-1 Visa

Hello Bobomaigida,

1.My programme is 1 year.
2.My tuition is $8,350 CAD
3. YES
From Nov 2021-August 2022
I didn't submit any bank statement except the fixed deposit certificate.

Sorry for the refusal, you need to apply for GCMS notes from CBSA to know the detailed reasons, however, to have a better insight into your application pls,

1. How long is the programme?
2. How much is the tuition per year?
3. Are you self-sponsored?
4. How long did you hold the FD in your account?
5. Did you have any lump sum deposits?

If you are able to provide these answers, the house can advise you .

In your next application, you need to explain the FD better, especially the availability of the funds anytime you need it, you can also liquidate it and explain the origin with FD letter and the fact that you liquidated it solely for your application.

The amount could also be an issue, so confirm what the FD will be in CAD terms, if this will be enough for your living expenses.

Good evening all...

I want to apply for a course in lambton college. Is it required to submit English proficiency test results. If you're a previous applicant, kindly shed more light l. Thanks

Please LAMBTON does not allow deferral, if your SP doesn't come out on time, you either join classes online or withdraw from the programme. Anyone wishing to apply to the college should note this.

The good thing about them is that they respond to applications within 72 hours grin grin

House please I what is the suitable scholarship opportunities available for me. I intend to apply to the University of Manitoba for the Pre Masters program in Agribusiness/ Agric Economics for the fall semester in September. I have my BSC in Agricultural (Science Soil Science) and PGD in Economics both are second class lower. 2.5iesh CGPA

Most schools usually use 2:1 for admission to master's programme, your best bet will to apply for graduate course in any college, but they do not have scholarships like universities.

Hello people. I’m new here. I need some help in gaining admission studying for PGD course in Canada. I’m a HND graduate in Architecture with an upper credit. But right now I want to study a tech/computer related course in my PGD. Can this be possible?..and which recommendation of schools in canada can I apply for as regards my situation . I’ll really appreciate your recommendations and advice. Thank you

Hi JapaB,

Firstly, what is your educational gap? are you working presently, if yes in what field are you working on? If your educational gap is long, then you have to look for course that is related to your present work. Once you have answered these questions, decide on a course related to your work and search on google for colleges offering that course, you can then compare them and decide on the best fit for you.

When the passport is less than 6 months to expiry, you can go for a new one.

I have a Cameroonian friend/senior man.

He went to Germany on a full PhD scholarship.

Eventually, the immigration process was too difficult.

He went to France, did another PhD program. Then France's contract discrimination was a problem.
Finally came to Canada.

The ONLY reason that Canada is preferred to Europe is the clearcut path to citizenship.

femo86:

Yea, based in Deutschland. Studied here and graduated. Both countries have almost same similarities except the language issues.

Canada offers a quality system of healthcare, easier permanent residency applications and a great public health system. On the other hand, Germany offers superior education at a low cost almost free (just pay semester fee between 250 to 400 per semester, good healthcare, great weather and a low cost of living.

Most students from Naija always migrate to English speaking countries like US n Canada, for better job opportunities....Most courses taken by naija students were those taught in English...and combining going to German language school and hustling, with studies is never easy...However, most Cameroonians and some other African countries learnt German before coming here, or they learn it as soon as they arrive Germany, but trust my naija people nah..... grin

You could do a CAD course. Or draughtsman diploma program. Or design. Many options.

If you can, take a 2 year course that comes with co-op.

Not just that the school is a DLI, check that their programs are eligible for PGWP.
johnstan:

If I remember, you will pick a school from the list of schools on the ocas site and follow through with the application based on the various information required.

You will need to confirm the English language requirement from the schools website before you proceed to the ocas site to apply.

I'm not aware of schools with high admission rates, simply check that your preferred school is a DLI, confirm their requirements and proceed.

Good luck.

The old passport number can't be on the new one.

Every passport booklet has its unique number which is the passport number.

A new passport will come with a new number.

The way they are doing it now, your old passport number will still be on the new passport. Only say what you are sure of.
