Now, Fox News has compiled a list of top 10 cruel things that women do to men and how they play with the guy's emotions or ego.

While men feel good as they manage to take the girls'' phone number, the girls often give them a fake number or don't pick up the call.

Some women go out never planning to spend any of their own money on drinks at the bar or club. Instead, they count on their feminine wiles to convince guys to shell out for their libations. While some of them might begin to get to know him, the cruel and heartless ones will take that drink, flirt a little and move on.

There is nothing wrong in asking for a girl's number, I agree intoto. I try not to look too desperate by not asking first. If she offers, fine. For the first time meeting, we should be able to savour our interest and weight the worth of meeting again. If that happens we are good to arrange how and when. if she offers her number i wont hesitate to receive. I would not make the first of move of asking in order to be schemed.

ANYBODY that you let in needs to have a clear understanding of your boundaries.

I can see into a lot of things, especially when a woman is trying to be manipulative, at which point you let them know with a poker face that you see what they're doing and that you're not interested in playing that game. And be sure to stick with it. E.g If I've planned to be with my friends, I won't leave until I MYSELF want to, not because I'm trying to prove anything to some brat.
If she knows how to even play the game, she better not be foolish enough to use that phrase "if you love me you would..." cause I'm just ending the conversation right there. If she's a pro, she would at least put effort into GIVING me a reason to WANT to (not that this should change anything), not some cheesy "if you love me" line.
