The truth is that he doesn't know how, he just showed his cluelessness. The question is very simple to answer. For eg, I'll reimage the police force, provide CCTVs along critical zones, establish accountable state/rural policing, military personnel will take courses/training on counterinsurgency, the navy will be equipped with state of the art patrol boats and ships to stop oil theft, etc. He wasn't asking him about how to go about classified infos. But it seems both Obi supporters and agbadorians are on same since level, supporting any stupid things their candidates do or say

you are daft to be very honest. Security is a delicate issue and revealing how you will crush your enemy will only make them more powerful. He is right, security measures will always be a top secret.

What does your Atiku have? Atiku sympathizes with Islamic Sharia criminal laws, the same laws Boko Haram and ISWAP are fighting to be used all over Nigeria.

I just pity Nigeria for the next four years. All the major presidential candidates of this election cannot do anything great. Anyone that wins is just another good for nothing case to change the present state of Nigeria within 4 years. It's such a pity for everyone.

Nigerians want to employ you and the same Nigerians are asking you how are you going to achieve your goals and you are telling us you cannot reveal how you will achieve your goal?
Imagine you are the owner of a company and you want to employ a chief security officer to your company, during the interview you asked him how is he going to protect the company and his reply is " I can't tell you". Will you employ him?
So this man know how to deal with insecurity but he cannot reveal it even when Nigerians are being killed on a daily basis?
I said it, Peter Obi is only contesting to achieve Biafra agenda,he has nothing to offer.
Ask him how is he going to tackle the issue of education he will tell you go to Anambara and see.

The Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami, has said that his ministry and the agencies under it can not go after criminals using individuals’ details on the National Information Management Commission’s (NIMC) database.

Pantami said tracking and monitoring criminals using the National Identity Number (NIN) is not part of the mandate of his ministry or that of the agencies under it, but that they can only provide such services if required by any of the security agencies.

The minister spoke while fielding questions from journalists at the press conference heralding Digital Nigeria Day 2022 on Monday in Abuja.

According to him, “It is not my mandate. That is why in all the eight priority areas, I have not been given anyone to do with that. We only initiated it (NIN) to support security institutions but it’s not our priority. It is only out of patriotism we did it. If you provided food to your visitor, whether he eats or not is your issue. What is important is to provide. We have provided, we have sanitised the database. We made it mandatory. Whether they utilise it or not is not my responsibility to go and investigate.

“It is not our mandate to start trackingThat is why in all the eight priority areas, I have not been given anyone to do with that. Pantami however, stated that there have been certain success stories associated with the NIN which are not disclosed to the public for confidentiality and security purposes.

“There was a certain thing that happened in Abuja, through that database, it was curtailed 100%. But we cannot explain the processes and strategies so that we don’t compromise. And security issues are not for media briefings like this. They are highly strategic and confidential,” he said.

The biggest challenge we have in dealing with security issue is that there are lots of fifth columnists. Every classified information gets to the terrorists before the plans are executed.

Even Former Chief of Defence Staff Air Chief Marshal Alex Badeh admitted this and was killed like a chicken later. Peter Obi is right - share the details of your security strategy and see fifth columnists undermine it.
