Please I can't access my laptop.
I set a password and seem to have forgotten it because telling me that the password I am almost sure I used is incorrect.
I am not a fan of password setting for PC but just wanted to give this a try and now found myself in this.
Samsung laptop, windows 8.

If you're in lag I can fix it for you but I have to be sure you're the owner of the laptop.

Remove the battery if you can, then take our the RAM,if you have two stick installed, insert one and see then power it on with your charger connected,if it doesn't come up,try the second one,make sure you shut it down before putting the second one ( take out the first one)

Immediately you power it on, click on the f2 key,it will take you to the bios setup, click on the battery information and see if it will indicate your charger watt.

You will see 65watt or 90wat depending and it's not showing you will see adapter type unknown.

This extact thing happened to my pc o. First thought it was screen issue (cos I once fixed it) and tried an external display but e no do. Ram didn't occur to me because I believed faulty rams will always give beeping sound upon start up. I decided not to fix it and got a new pc jare cos the lappy sef don try.. Since around 2012. I no fit sell am sef, na dash I go dash person. Wil go try this at home.. If e work, I go dash person

Check your battery setting to be sure "critical level" is not set at 35%, otherwise you might need to consider a new battery as adviced earlier

Good day bosses, i took my dell laptop to upgrade the ram today.the repairer told me that dell laptops are highly selective when it comes to ram.that they will need rams of the same made, or else it wont work...
I asked him if he has the rams, the response was negative..
Pls how true is this, i hope my system is not faulty

The bus speed is written there,if at all it is selecting, bus speed are not that scares unless it is a PC4 RAM and even at that it is not for him to use the word HIGHLY selective.
