It's weirdly funny and kinda annoying how David Zaslav approached Kevin Feige for the DC role.   Before settling for James Gunn.

MCU snatching this guy was a great pain. DC should have easily snatched him up with his ties with HBO. Walter Hamada was good in developing lesser known characters but dude wasn't good at introducing mini-stars that are just about to blow up. Hope there's changes as Gunn is pretty good with casting. If DC don't quickly bring in Milly Alcock (young Rhaenyra) or the teenage Alicent (Emily Carey) into the fold, and let Marvel take them AGAIN, I fit swear for person.  It's stars like these you build a franchise with. With people who are starlets and ready to blow in a few years time and audiences are already familiar with their faces in popular projects. Way cheaper than already made A-listers and better than actors nobody knows. This is how MCU continue to build and maintain hype even for smaller unknown heroes.

Entergalactic 6.8/10 would have being a 7.5/10 but when I was watching it, it felt as if the video was skipping by some milliseconds. Watching it was not that smooth and some scenes was without audio. I guess it's the fault of my phone. 1 Like |
