Well u are right , I hv changed emirate airline date before . But then I’m sure they wud hv policy as to d limit u can change date or expiry date of a return ticket . On d average I don’t think most students eventually make use of the return ticket. Good luck to everyone tho .. #ciao

It would be better if you could get a new admission from NBCC. If you apply to a new school, you'll have to submit a new study permit application.

Steps:
1. You fill the account opening form
2. You pay the rate(which is the upfront payment to show your commitment)
3. You sign a Lien form so that you can't touch the money you are borrowing.
4. Account is funded ASAP.

Look for any oda available prog in the sch even if it’s diploma, jus ensure u maintain same dli , when u get to Canada den u can look for how to change dli.
But then, According to the ircc link someone shared few hours again ,I read on it that it’s until when ur app has been approved that u will be required to submit new app n fee if u are changing dli.
In ur case dey only requested for your medicals not that ur application has been approved , if u can get a quick admission in another school maybe u shd update ircc about d new dli before going for medicals

You should know that ticket prices pump n dump jus like crypto ..lol… That’s why ppl monitor the prices as if u are trading forex and once u see cheap fare u buy ASAP. .. jus now I checked fare for jan2 from Lag to Winnipeg on the same Egyptair and d price I’m seeing here is crazy , more dan 3k usd .. see d screenshot

Applied for mine last yr and it took almost 4 weeks.
The application is on https://waeup.uniben.edu/ not from your department - cost was roughly N30,000 - certified true copy.
The transcript will not be sent to you as they don't send to individuals, mine was sent to WES for evaluation.
You will need to recall your Mat number, have your deg cert or statement of result and your clearance eligibility slip.

Took WES 1 week to evaluate and send me an unofficial e-copy (it contained several watermarks so i couldn't present it as an official document). The original evaluation (physical printout) was mailed to my residence after 2 months by then it was too late as i had already used my waec for admission.

You can always reapply to the same school and if you have any other choice of course try that because you changing your DLI mean you will have to reapply for another study permit

Can you let us know why they denied you admission? After they have previously given you before. Did you let them know that your visa wasn't ready in time to meet the orientation date or it was virtual and you failed to join? I suggest you appeal to them and tell them that you have everything set to join them right away, including tuition fee payment. Because using a different DLI at this point means fresh visa application and trust me you won't want that stress again with the whole backlog that IRCC is currently dealing with.

My first application to Canada in Feb got refused on 31st of May this year, though my SOP wasn't that good because i had thought my UK ban would affect the application, but I just wanted to try my luck, and on my GCMS note i saw that my eligibility was recommend passed before eventually got refused, and the reasons were about an unexplained lump sum and a business account, which is not true, so i felt i was a bit closed and decided to try again, and a friend helped me with a very good SOP and God showed me favour .

Eligibility- Oct 17
PPR- Oct 28

AbionaT Please see the link below. You can change your school/dli while your application is ongoing, but you can't change dli after your study permit has been approved. So get a new admission soon, even if from another school.

No, not a loan. They exchange your Naira for foreign currency but you need to meet certain conditions.
