Congratulations.

I applied July 6 and eligibility hasn't even started.
Already secured admission to a school in the UK and I'm at crossroads, I don't know if I should go ahead and make the tuition deposit of £3500 or wait for IRCC to make a decision which is taking a whole lot of time. Submitted July 6 & eligibility hasn't even started yet.

My father wants to do deed gift of 13m naira to fund my study, which means the money will be in my account. I’m submitting only my bank statement. Do you guys think the land/house documents I’ll be submitting should be in my name or his name? I’ll include only his Passport data page in the application.

Order for GCMS or CBSA note to have clue about your application. If you see progress with Canada's application, you can stay put and if otherwise, you can proceed with UK.

Wish you the very best

The documents can be in his name, just note that you are his next of kin or responsible for his estate.

You can use a pension letter as POF or home ties if it is yours.

In his case, the pension has only 20m, meaning the Max the uncle can draw from instantly is 5m. Would 5m cover for his/her POF? Also it may not be considered a logical decision the Uncle is making by giving you all he is entitled to immediately at retirement, how will he survive?

Just thinking like a VO
