I know this for sure,not just barbers ,apprentices that have not served his or boss is seen as less expert in the field of profession,why I go give my hair to who just Dey learn ,think am now .

Every professional was once an amateur.

Me sef dey reject them oh.
I once allowed an apprentice to barb my hair, omo the way the guy cut am, i regretted eh..
Now no apprentice can touch my head.
Infact, once i take one look at you, i know whether you are an apprentice.

I always love to give my hair to apprentice to barb.
But last month, one boy wan put me for high tension.
Took 3 hours to barb rubbish on my hair
Doesn't even know how to trim.
If I didn't tell him to stop cutting the hair, I'm sure he would have continued till the next day.

the apprentice dey use your hair, to learn different techniques and style of barbing,

So that him hand go strong for barbing, in case another customer come.

I sure say when the apprentice they barb your head, u don sleep taya, wake up, still continue sleep again

In my own case. Anytime I want to have a haircut and it happens that the apprentice is the one ready to have a field day on my hair.

If I am to barb lowcut, I will just trim the hair very little and carve it. If his handiwork impresses me, then next time, I barb my usual.

That's because one small mistake could affect your subconsciousness for a very long period. Especially if such mistake involves changing your hair style for correction. Nobody wants that.
All apprentices need to understand this and not feel rejected in anyway.

An apprentice once barbed me in 7 minutes, I was shocked. Something that takes his boss 45 minutes at least.
The funniest part is I couldn't tell a difference.. he did good

One day, apprentice go become Oga. It happens in every field.

Once oga no dey I no dey barb, that was how one stupid apprentice took my hair lines inside, e come be like say I get bald head, I wan cry that day.

You are correct. However, there is a word called "barbered" which is past tense of "barber". It is correct to say " he barbered my hair"

can't forget the day, I go the barbershop no meet the oga, nah this mature apprentice I meet for shop. Him say make I no worry say him go give me bad haircut, I gree say make him gimme gallas...people of God, shey make I no lie you? The guy legit gimme bad haircut as he promised, I open eye look mirror, omooor, I look my head my head look me, look my head my head look me, wetin I see pass my power and ability, laugh I no fit laugh, cry I no fit cry, this guy nah bandit aswear.

For my mind, I know if I comot the shop like that say make I no cast the guy, ajeh people go dey run from me, with the hair wey the guy gimme, I wan resemble mad man small. I kuku tell the guy make e skin for me, him ask me say why oga why nah, I tell ham I wan surprise my babe make him no worry. Me wey hate to dey skin pass anything, I no gree comot house for a week.
