1. For the *employment history, should I include my NYSC details? Since they are asking for Government non-military compulsory national service*.

2. For the question on *family who live in the uk*, do I need to include my maternal uncle (since it doesn't fall under the specific examples they included in the picture below

3. For *mother's family name* is it her maiden name they mean or her current surname (which is same as mine and my dad's).?

Hi beautiful people, thank you for your previous opinions. I just go a refuse mail today and the reason doesnt hold water and i can clearly say my documents where not looked at or read. And i have no right to appeal or administrative review. I want to ask, if one reapply immediatlely can i use the same documents and the previous bank statement i submitted and the same utility bills of my host to reapply immediately?

I have read the refusal letter u pasted as a link..

Ur salary is 200k....thats roughly 2.4 million per annum....dont know if u pasted ur appointment letter to show ur full remuneration to justify other allowances.. if not the eco will judge u based on 200k only

The eco expect that u will spend a reasonable part of ur salary every month ....hence u should not have an unexplained accumulated amount of almost 2.2 million between march amd September 2022....plus another unexplained 150k credit..u no dey chop, u no dey pay bills??


..mayb the eco ddnt see ur explanation like u said...did u submit a cover letter...??...if i might ask ..how did u explain the 2.2M balance, the 150k credit, in relation to ur 200k monthly salary...

Thank you all for your opinion, like i stated before every thing was explained. I spend like mad on my salary. I even gave my last job offerof employment and my previous and explain evrything that it is my accumulated savings , i also expalined i use the same account as expenses and my salary every amount including my salary was explained in details. This is my 5th renewal, i have n3ver had a refusal before. I am very sure it was a rushed work and documents were not looked into.

I have been carried away by something else o.. well I got a refusal sha. They said there were irregularities in my bank account. They also said they do not know how I accumulated my savings, you can imagine o, even after writing cover letter.

Quite alright, I noticed the irregularities in my dom account, but it was too late to defend it as I had already submitted. So to them, that cast a doubt on my entire application.

Also, they said asides from the sponsorship letter from my friend, that there is no evidence to back up our relationship, like chats etc. although I understand this, but then again, I wonder the essence of having my phone number as well as email if the ECO wouldn’t contact for additional info.

Therefore they said I have not declared properly my circumstances here in Nigeria, and also that they are not sure the money in my friend’s account will be available to me for my exclusive use. LMAO

They are crazy sha. My friend only included his account of 10,000 dollars savings just for this trip o, and from their statement of how the money was accrued, I believe they were also referencing that because it was only a letter from Wells Fargo confirming the account that was attached.

Maybe they needed bank statement or payslips from my friend. All that was remembered after I submitted application. My friend earns over 80k a year, plus other side stuffs. so that money was nothing. Probably they assumed it was fraud money.. LOL

See ehn, that refusal was just scattered, but I believe the ECO was jealous and just capitalized on the irregularities in my account. As Na Wetin he/she just Dey hammer on.

They didn’t even mention anything from my previous refusal just like I see them noticing on other people’s refusal note here. I think it’s probably because I cleared them on that one.

They said Na refusal under 4.2 a, c and e whatever I can’t even remember

I swear my next application ehn, I go just tell them say if them refuse me again, say e go better make them just carry their embassy commit from Nigeria kpata kpata as that might be my last. No be by force
