Hello everyone,I will like to start up my schl application for fall( September)2023.
I will appreciate if anyone can recommend universities in Canada that do not require English exams for Masters as well as those that can will take a 2.2 with a cgpa of 3.36.Kindly note, I already have my masters degree here in Nig but my score was 56.7% ,so I can't go for PHD straight, although, I can do MPHIL, but i'd rather go for a second masters program in the same field and come out well this time.
Current field is Agricultural Economics.
Looking forward to your responses.

Thanks. But one more thing, when i get the visa do I pay the full tuition for the year before travelling or I can still present my tuition deposit receipt and statement of accounts to the border officer at the airport?

If it’s possible to pay the full year tuition, that will really impact your visa chances positively and at the port of entry, you might be asked to present your tuition receipt and statement of account.

Good luck

Good day house, please I am about to pay my fees via Form A to Conestoga College, but I am confused about how to go about it.. In the Beneficiary information, should I put Conestoga details or Custom House Financial (UK) Ltd.
200 Hammersmith Road, London, W6
ECACI52205338435 7DL, United Kingdom as seen in the screenshot below. Please I will appreciate responses from applicants who recently paid their tuition via form A to Conestoga College. Please note I got this page form Conestoga Western Union globalpay page.

Let me explain. I went to abuja myself to submit it. And when I submitted on the 27th I got a mail that it has been received that same day and it was been sent to IRCC office and then on the 10th which was last week Thursday I got a mail that it was under process at IRCC.

I get the picture now. You need not worry. There's a good chance you'd get your passport this week. Or by Monday at the latest. Just chill.

Payment via form A is to the beneficiary on your invoice. If the beneficiary on your invoice is your school then go ahead.

The form A portal has three sections, one for your info, the other for the beneficiary's info and the last for your documents upload.

Fill in and submit then the long wait for disbursement starts.

Good luck.

Thank you. I want to apply for everybody this time. Is a two years program bal of 12m naira to pay. 20m was in the refused application, but I want to make it up to like 40m and add my husband and 3kids in the application. Pls I will appreciate any fast plug for gcms note.

Let me chip this in,

Many people are mistaken Canada study permit with UK permit which require certain amount of money to be in your account for 28days or so.

Canada study permit require a lot of money truly but you don’t just present account statements with a lot of money. You must president show evidence of where the money is coming from, how much you earn, if it’s business show transaction receipts, sales evidence and so on. That’s why you will see people with just a semester deposit and little POF get approved and people with millions in their account get rejected because they don’t show how they accumulated so much money.

What Canada need is proof that you can pay the schools fees and sustain yourself while in Canada but huge amount of money. Just be sincere. People are getting approved without deposit self, people are getting approved with just showing a year POF for 2 years course, even with loan.

See oloking SOP for guidance and his sincerity

With the information you provided pls take IELTS, it will increase your chances greatly.
For the schools, do your normal research based on your field of studies and then start emailing the schools directly stating your case. They will reply you directly.
PHd is only for scholarships, if your purpose for studying is immigration go for course based masters, as someone studying M.eng this is my opinion.
good luck and congratulations

Continuation on why I am scared gangan is that I was told USA and Canadian embassies shares info, i have been denied 4times on application for an F1. Student visa in year 2019. #consulars claim was that i didn't show enough ties or prof of returning back to home country i chop that refusal back to back four times in row between (July to December). I applied to a community college ni o... I didn't know it was a waste of time applying for a community college when i had a bachelor's degree program certification.Now that Canada is only granting me a second degree Bsc degree program I am currently filling the IMMI 1294 FORM (APP. FOR STUDY MADE OUTSIDE CANADA) form which I will gladly appreciate guidance for. My questions are;

1. What and how do i explain my previous denials at the us embassy for an F1 study permit as asked at the background information section on the IMMI 5257 form. God I know you grant wishes and answer prayers make this effort count and successful for me and everyone looking forward to a success story like I am AMEEN .
2. At the Education section still on the form, do I fill in the 3 post secondary education programs I took?
3. At the Employment section also, does the 1year NYSC work experience count? Can i include that as well?
4. Because I am married with no kids yet does my work still works as a tie at home country to be granted Canadian study permit?
P:S: the school that granted my admission say's that tuition deposit is optional am I safe at the embassy even if I have no tuition deposited?.
5. How long does it take to get a response from the Canadian authority for permits to be granted (noting that my start date is for Jan 9 2023, alternate intake Dates are May 1 2023, or September 6, 2023. And expiry date of offer to be sept. 7 2023.
ONCE AGAIN I NEED HELP!!!
THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR TIME AS YOU READ THROUGH AND HOPEFULLY Be blessed by a soul willing to help this novice o ejor toriolohun!... God bless you and do have a restful weekend

Your case really strong, God will see you through.
My take
Try and contact gurus in the house, pay for their services if need be but make sure you are the one in charge of your IRCC portal.
Do not lie in your application
The wait time is long so Jan 2023 is highly unlikely at the moment. I think May is best.
Good luck and congratulations

Is PPR,
I have been a silent reader and it won’t be nice if I fail to share this great joy with my Nairaland family .

Timeline ;

I will say I’m a third time applicant though first was a visiting visa around 2018 and I was denied based on financial status and assets.

Second application which is for study and that was when i got to know about Nairaland Travel section and I messaged @Anon123 and asked him to guide me through with my application . Then we submitted on 5th of April 2022 after two month, 8th June hot breakfast was served and we applied for gcms immediately and it came out around 29th of July :

Refusal reasons: unexplained lump sums and also the VO stated that the cooperate account statement provided that I did not explain relationship b/w the employee/employer .

What we did different : I paid additional tuition of 9500$ with the previous deposit of 2000$ making it a total sum of 11500$ ,I also went to bank requested for a reference letter stating that am sole signatory to my cooperate and savings account and also added few sales receipts /invoice of my business then we re-fired on 21st of August and PPR dropped on 10th of November.

Documents submitted

1. Letter of acceptance
2. Tuition receipt
3. Marriage certificate
4. Cac certificate
5. My wife’s cac certificate
6. 2 power of attorney of landed documents
7. Property valuation certificate
8. Tenancy agreements from my tenants
9. Sales receipt/invoice from my business
10. Police clearance certificate
11. Cooperate and savings account statement
12. My 2 kids birth certificate
13. Family pictures

I want to specially thank God almighty for making this Canadian dream a reality. I give him all the glory and also i want to thank @Anon123 for pointing me at the right direction and also all the gurus in the house . To the PPR hopefuls keep the faith alive it will surely end in praise . Amen

What is bothering me now is that I can’t find my biometrics receipt anymore though will be doing walk in passport submission since I live in Abuja until I get there this week will find a way out .

Hello everyone. Please I need help. I just submitted my study permit application (11/11/2022) and I included my family to follow me - my husband and 2 children. I made a critical mistake with the form IMM5645 (family information form) for my husband. It is both incomplete and I clicked "worker" instead of "visitor". I've been so confused as to what to do. I've asked for advice and some people said I should raise a webform to correct it.

Any advice on what to do? Is there a way to check the already submitted form to be sure? I actually went through the form on my pc and noted the error.

Note - we got called for our biometrics the next day.

I'll be awaiting your advise. Thanks.

I hope this helps

YES you can request for CBSA via any good platform including thegcmsonline.com.Cost of CBSA is Less than 6000NGN and you can pay with your naira card

I hope this helps

Hello house, please I requested for my GCMS notes since September but it hasn’t come yet, and I learnt that one can request for CBSA notes instead of GCMS notes as it is faster. Please, can I also request for my CBSA notes as my GCMS notes is yet to come? How much does it cost? And how do I request for it? Or can I submit another request for my GCMS notes?

Any available information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
