Legendary American Hiphop artiste Busta Rhymes had to go backstage to get Wizkid’s phone number after the former's show at Madison Square Garden. Busta Rhymes said the show was the first time he would see such huge audience emotionally connected with a performance in New York City. As far as I am concerned, Wizkid is an inspiration to all the young Nigerian singers making waves around the world because he got there first. While Tuface might have inspired him, Wizkid was a very young boy who gained international recognition.
