bro what u should know is that any school that going to any school that doesn't have accreditation is a big issues. It took a whole UNIABUJA which is a federal school about 10 years before they could graduate their first set . I mean no harm bro I am not trying to badmouth any school grin by the way has FUTA made plans to get a teaching hospital self .

No offence taken bro.
Yes, FUTA has started making plans to build a teaching hospital. I can't share information on it for now. When it is the appropriate time, it will be made known to the public by the school.

Going for MSc Nursing with just your Bsc is possible but applying for nursing jobs outside Nigeria without your permanent nursing license is not. Verification of permanent nursing license by NMCN is one of the mandatory steps for nurses migrating to the UK.
You will only be given your permanent nursing license after the 1 year internship

By one year internship, do you mean NYSC ?

pls don't go to FUTA ur score is high enough for UI the only thing is that u should be patient cause that futa is a new school and hasn't gotten mdcn accreditation pls don't waste ur score dia cause even if u gain admission u will suffer two things (ASUU strike and accreditation problems ) honestly that accreditation issue alone can drive u crazy

Thanks chief

For the medics who are interested in having distinctions in Medical school, you'll want to watch this video. Four distinction medics in one video. We talked about what helped us, our regrets, our daily routine, etc.

Thanks.
Concerning the first option, going for MSc with just the BSc., do you have any idea of the duration, if possible recommended schools and if social or health care work hours would be required because from search I've been seeing one need have some paid Job or voluntary work hours to gain admission for the MSc course.

And will one be able to get the licence there after the MSc or can I apply for internship there with the BSc..

Sorry for all the questions

Thanks once again
You are required to submit a portfolio of evidence of your experience, paid or voluntary. You have that already, it's not a big deal if you understand the requirement. Some schools need only 450 hours while others ask for 720 hours. So I guess you see the big picture.

Based on your jamb score and O level result which serves as a pre-requisite for some school like EBSU, UNIUYO while some consider more of your post utme score like UNN UI specifically required for health sciences. I suggest you should consider UNN, UI, OAU, UNIZIK, UNICAL, UNIPORT, UNILAG, UNIABUJA, UNIBEN, ABSU, EBSU, UNILORIN, UNIUYO etc initially this institution is the one i can attest to, they are considered to be the best if you can pay the price in full but meanwhile all schools are exactly the same provided it has gotten its full accreditation. So what i am saying is left for you to decide if you can heed this advice appropriately. Perhaps choose a school that you can easily be admitted or you can able to beat their departmental cut off point required.
Good morning sir, please what course do you advice someone who wants to cross-over to medicine to opt for,I'm asking for a friend who scored 234 in jamb and chose unizik.

U don't need to study medicine If u're already in a medical course. This MBBS obsession is getting out of hand.

And it's very difficult to cross to MBBS from other depts, regardless of your CGPA.
