You got an information advising you to use your tracking ID or your waybill number to track the PPT. You redacted the tracking ID so not everyone can view it.
While you wait for response regarding the waybill number, please contact ups first thing on Monday with the tracking ID, let ups be the ones to inform you that you have the wrong ID so you don't assume.

This is my opinion and my last response to your query.

Good luck.

Hi Johnstan,

Please I sent a question regarding passport submitted on the 27th of October and not yet returned. As at 17th I got the message saying “your processed passport has been forwarded to the Canada visa office on the 17 Nov 2022. I am worried it hasn’t been returned. I’ve seen people complain about delays. What do you think?

My take on this,
No one here would know for sure the reason for the one month Delay except VFS themselves. The email correspondence you got came with a tracking ID, VFS live chat resumes 9am Mon - Fri, have your tracking ID handy, initiate a chat (it might take a few minutes to get routed to an agent but the earlier you initiate the chat the faster), ask for feedback regarding your ppt retrieval, paste your tracking ID on the chat and wait for the agents feedback.
The feedback might be generic but probe further to be given a timeline, have a life interaction with them and you will be glad you did.

Good luck.

A Naira card can't even pay netflix fees these days, you will need a USD card (physical or virtual)

Good luck.

Medical request is compulsory for student visa application whether at the processing phase or at immigration level. You can wait patiently to be advised or get an upfront medicals done.

I need advise, I've unexplained lump sums, I'm a crypto vendor. In my personal account which I submitted as part of pof had 2m, I recently moved it to usdt to sum up my total there to a 10k cad. How can I add this to my application?

So I'm ngl, your question isn't straightfoward. Do you mean that you are having issues compressing it to 2mb?
Or you are trying to upload the 2mb file and it isn't going? Or you wanna know how to reduce file size to 2mb?

Well I’ve done that. The agent only says, your parcel isn’t ready for for pickup yet. You will be notified. And they keep saying that..

Aii, asking here after getting your feedback only creates more anxiety for you.
Chat them the next day, the day after and the day after, explain to every one of them that it's over month but don't be rude on the chat - you know as Nigerians dey behave sometimes.

Hello @bullstriker

They have more than that, but that amount is what they are giving to me, that money is around cad$ 41k, while my fees + living expenses = cad$ 25k (a year calculation)...

Will it fly ?

I will also provide my bank statement with 1m naira in it (i am calculating with 330/cad$ rate )

bullstriker:
Is 13M the balance in the company’s account or what the company wants to transfer to you? A company with an average balance of such an amount cannot financially sponsor your studies single-handedly because the money barely covers the cost of your studies. Unless it intends to pay a specific part of your expenses, such as rent, it is not financially buoyant to sponsor you.

Don't book any flight that have stop in USA

Only book flights that have 1stop in Europe..

So look for flights like this:
Abj - Addis ababa
Addis ababa - (any Europe)
(Any Europe) - Canada

Let the gurus chip in

I do not know how much your tuition fee is and the duration of your study.

Without this piece of information, it will be difficult to answer your question

My elder brother was my sponsor, and I used his personal account for SOA, and I am a share holder in company,my name is among the directors in the company and all cac,tax clearance, every single document showing the company is real and active company with sales invoice and receipt were submitted.. it was no just a claim because proof were submitted,I own 10percent of shares in the company and it's in the company documentation.. everything I submitted were backup with verified document to proof. I just still wonder why the refusal,I have ordered cbsa note already tho,I await

Hello,

Then the presentation of your application could have paved a way. I am just an ordinary person but I have already seen something. You have a big company of such magnitude but you're submitting his personal account fr proof of funds. So what then happens to the company account?

Please as I said, I'm not trying to antagonize your application. I'm trying to critique it strategically placed he way VOs do our application. That is just one fault I find here. I'm not saying submitting personal account and not business account is bad, but when we make some claims (sorry I don't know another word to use, don't be offended), we give visa officers room to doubt.

Another thing you need to note is that, you're not the first Nigeria applicant to submit docs. The more applicants submit bogus claims, the VOs gets most strict on subsequent applicants.

So just get your note and get to know the actual reason the VO rejected your application. No application is perfect. Is just about good presentation and God's grace.

Wish you all the best.

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by bullstriker: 2:36am On Dec 04, 2022
The funds that will be transferred to you are sufficient to cover the cost of your studies. But, again, I don’t know the company's financial capacity, so I cannot say firmly if it can fly. For instance, it will be challenging to convince the VO that the fund is meant for your studies if a company’s annual revenue (based on cash inflow) is $100K and they want to use almost 40% of it to sponsor; this is not even profit. Please, my response is not to discourage you but help you make an informed decision.

The company cash flow must be very healthy to sponsor you single-handedly. Note that for company sponsorship, a one-year bank statement is required.

1M in your account is acceptable; it just shows that you are employed and can cover part of your cost of living.

Tuition and fees (aprox cad 14,500)
Living - 10k

So I sum at cad 25k

I wanted to ask, is the company active on CAC's website?
I'm not saying that's the reason for your refusal, but my brother was refused UK visa because of this CAC stuff. The company was showing inactive on the portal, while my brother was also a director at the company. All documents were submitted.

When I began processing, my own Canada study permit, we had to sort out the issue for fear that Canada could aslo look up the company on CAC's website. The annual return fee that the company hasn't be paying for years was paid and the status on CAC's website became active. Please, before you reapply, make sure you check this stuff.

And also, did you submit the company's receipt and invoice to show how your brother's company generates income?

Hello,

This is another good point. Sometimes we always think is all about docs. Now if the company doesn't have tax clearance certificate maybe as the company isn't remitting tax directly to the FIRS as the case maybe, how will ircc believe such company exist.

Now, as someone into busying and selling(I guess), how do you prove you pay tax? Some use there waybills and receipt to show they pay tax when the purchase their goods. This are the things you have to explain in your SOP. Also, to back up the explanation that you're paying tax when you purchase goods, you can get the manufacturer to issue you a letter of identification or recommendation that highlighted your existences and even make comment on tax payment in the letter. With this, you can establish the existence of the company.

So lets be creative in our application and not create holes of doubt in Vos mind.
