johnstan:

Sponsors eligibility check is dependent on how much he has, how much he's able to set aside for you, his financial obligations and how sustainable his source of income is.

*Now your sponsor's SOA of 6 months will reveal his saved up funds and transaction frequency in terms of his inflows and outflows, this will reveal if he has bulk payments that he makes often e.g his child's payments and other financial commitments.
*His sponsorship letter/affidavit would usually state how much he is willing to set aside for you or the payments he's willing to make on your behalf.
*Your SOP will also state his source of income, his annual income amount of you may, a description of him and how's related to you - this would reveal if he has dependants he's taking care of financially.

Now with these few points, go back to the drawing board and find a way to show/explain that he's more than capable to take care of his fam and you as well.

Thank you so much, I will take note of this. He is a well established businessman, he was the sponsor of my wedding (Catholics will understand better) and also my in-law. I will get all the necessary documents and give a detailed explanation in my SOP.

Thank you once again

Hmmm, same Friday, alright. I got a call from DHL Abuja today stating that VFS returned my documents because I didn't include a return envelope, alternatively I was asked to pay for Vsf courier partner and put the proof of payment and send it back to them, I have done that it got to them today but no acknowledgement yet still.

Call DHL office and ask about your documents.

Attaching your supporting documents is one thing, arranging it is another thing. Ensuring that it is legible is another thing again.

You can only overturn a decision in court I think or you apply again.

Good luck.

You will need your letter of introduction after ppt stamping.
You can enter Canada anytime if you can prove to immigration your reasons for early entry. If you can't prove then just chill. May is 5 months from now.

Are you serious. What do they mean by return envelope.
Mine was sent in one large envelope tho I picked it up in VFS envelope. I guess they threw mine away.

Wait is the school serious?
You can't possibly get a visa approval within 3 weeks except by the Grace of God.
Contact your school to know the actions you can take asap.

Congratulations on your admission.

If it’s not eligible for PGWP, it’s not a wise idea to go for it because after her program, she will have 90 days or so to leave Canada. Even if she gets another admission, if that 90 days has elapsed before her visa is renewed, she’d have to leave and come back.

What’s worth doing is worth doing well. She should take her time and get an admission that’s eligible for PGWP.

90 days is 3 months, you mean 3 months is not enough to gain admission and renew student visa when you are already in Canada?

You are a perfect candidate for reconsideration. Please do it immediately and write” URGENT” on the first line.
Most of the time, your request will be reviewed by the visa officer who refused your application. So, you stand a massive chance if your claim is true. Don’t add any new documents except the refusal letter, because they will not be considered. Instead, write your request, and describe the documents that the VO claimed were missing and where they are attached in your application.
Reconsideration is submitted through webform
All the best.

If he san teansfer the whole money to your account, provide.letter of sponsorship and you write a well detailed SOP explaining the lump sum, I think you are good to go.
Thanks for the response

A letter of sponsorship is not enough for a third-party sponsor. If he wants to sponsor you, let him pay part of your tuition from his bank account, transfer funds to your account and state why he wants to take such responsibility. Also, you can show proof of previous support received from him.
Thank you

As an experienced banker i can categorically tell u that someone asking u to sign your signature on a sheet of paper and send to him can never be a good sign. That is definitely a red flag. Please enquire to know what it will be used for, if i were u i wont send my signature to anyone. Always ensure to read properly any document u want to append your signature on, else whatever comes out of it, u will be fully liable.

Thomsyne:

It can be anything. Good or bad or nothing.

It could be PFL, GCMS notes application, consent form signing (although I doubt this) or PM asking to sign ATIP.

He should just ask the agent whatsup

I submitted to Abuja yesterday through a one-way DHL courier. I was tracking with the waybill number DHL gave me. It got to Abuja today. I also got an email with another tracking number from VFS abuja when it got to them.

God bless you for this statement.
I wonder why someone will contract an agent for something as serious as this and decide to be an observer.
The person will just sit in the dark and allow the agent to be doing everything and anything.
How about politely asking to be present for certain actions.
