I rented an apartment at Ikorodu sometime ago, the caretaker had a disagreement with the landlady, the caretaker because of that told me the lady buried charms in the compound. Didn't bother me to be honest cos I have this believe it won't affect me in anyway. I cashed out steady before living the house for mine. It depends on your mindset.

Mehn before I used to laugh over these things but me I experienced it first hand in PH, around eliozu Flyover.

I lived in that house for five years came into the compound as a naira millionaire doing pretty okay.

Baba after 5 years I left with barely 50k had to squat with a friend and before you know watin dey happen in not more that 7 months my life just change again. Heading back to the naira millionaire I was initially.

2 weeks after I left I got 2 jobs and had to choose 1 then in 6 months I resigned and more favours like favours wey I no expect.

Before it was work like elephant eat like ant but now the story has changed I eat far more than I work.

A larger percentage of Lagos landlords are fetish. The bury all kinds of juju within their residences. The juju maybe for their protection but it ends up affecting tenants that know nothing about it.

I don't know about other states but for Lagos and Ogun state whenever you see the scorpion insignia in front of the house (the vent slightly below the roof) my brother RUN oooo....

I once rented a mini flat and lived there for 2 months before discovering that the landlord was a renowned herbalist.

There were 5 blocks of mini flats all occupied by young people like me. What's my point?

From that very house, one occupant relocated to US, one to UK, one got a scholarship at Malaysia, I moved to a standard well furnished 3 bedroom flat, the last lady got married. We all are doing fine and in contact. That was 10 years ago..... No issues.

Mine was ignorance. I didn't know what was happening had a spiritual connotation.

Even though I was struggling to pay to the agent the house owner instructed me to bring it to his home town not too far from Lagos state. The baba also told me that he knew I was doing better when I just entered. Therefore, I should come to his home town for some spiritual stuff.

Never you move into a House and sleep for the first night... Contend and take possession of that place.

Affirm the promises of God for you... God is true to his words. From thence start living without fear.

If your Landlord is diabolical, what you will notice is that s/he would try to offend you before s/he strikes... If you do wrong when you are offended you create a loophole that they take advantage of to strike... But if you don't give in, after sometime your landlord would either pack out for you if he stays in the same compound with you or give you unprovoked quit notice.
