Which money did Qatar use to host WC. Abi the COVID and oil price didn't affect them? Stop giving stupid excuses for buharis failure.

Perhaps you don't know Abacha had to lobby Buhari to stabilize his Government under PTF chairmanship, and almost all visible projects Abacha undergoed was funded by PTF
