What you quoted was for 2011 election and yes Jonathan won it as they predicted, check the date, Buhari had not emerged APC candidate by Sep 2013. They predicted Buhari will win in 2015 and 2019 and it was so.

Yhen yhen yhen... Why didn't he manipulate the poll for Goodluck Jonathan, his riverine brother, in 2019?

The interesting thing about this poll is that it has accurately predicted the winners of all the elections from 2011 up on till 2019.
