All subsequent rubbish you post trying to rationalize your jealousy and envy of this project inky exposes your snake underbelly.

Go back to the yeast nah , you no gree.

When you're done with your trademark uncouth gutter vituperations, you should lecture the reading public on why Abeokuta, Oshogbo, Ogbomosho and Akure are all looking like Allepo, Fallujah, Siirt and Kabul.. Do you know that many northern state capitals will easily trump your capitals?
Fix yourself and Stop claiming everything Lagos! Lagos is a Nigerian story..

This will surely choke the enemies of progress. They are sick and tired of this Lagos light rail news but the noise will keep going higher and higher till it got them totally deranged.

Watch the excitement in the faces of the good people of Lagos as they rode a metro for the first time. Though this is long over due but better late than never.

To say the truth,it is governors that's set this country backwards, take that from me.
As yourself, what deterred Rivers, and Delta state from achieving this. Their governors had all the money they needed. I just hope Ogun state will tap into this. They can't afford to just sit down and watch while all these is going on in lagos

And same places you mentioned have Igbo refugees flocking in on the daily.

Osu, even the poverty encrusted north is not safe from your migration.

Who even migrates to the yeast other than Hausa labourers ?

A place where the inhabitants flee like hatched cobras fearing to be eating by their own mother...

You remain cursed.

I transferred 3 Igbo staff to my organizations eastern branches and none of them was interested in going despite the pay rise and promotion.

The idiots will rather remain in Lagos, PHC and Abuja branch than return back to their useless yeast..

They only grudgingly accepted the transfer and new posting after I threatened to sack them and have a new vacancy open to new staff resident in the yeast.

Nobody hates Alaigbo more than the heebo.

I'm not talking about one extremely demented Drug Lord whose only contribution to Lagos State was to institutionalize agberoism and thuggery.

Be guided..

Lol. Liar!!! Lagos state is different from federal capital. Did Buhari build metroline? Did Buhari clean up lagos? Do you not have ports in east and southsouth? You have failed past governors and present ones. Go after them. Wailers will never stop wailing.

What can your type do in igboland apart from selling agbo and sewing babaringa?
I mean let's be realistic for once; which area of human endeavor will you outcompete the igbos in their dormain, apart from these your traditional areas of specialty? Even the Chinese and the Lebanese struggle business wise in igboland for this same reason. You haven't noticed that? Igboland is highly competitive! Men fed by their wives like you will easily die off there.. You stand no chance. Stop blaming them for your laziness and cultural incapacity to tango and compete..

I mean, we are talking about a people that have turned you into an etternaly grumbling tenant in your own fatherland for which you have turned every thread on this site into a wailing destination! If they can so easily mess you up in your own land, how do you plan to compete in their own land? It's not that they aren't "unaccommodating" as you will conviniently pass it off, it's just that there are a million of them already doing whatever you plan to do in their land, while this is not the case in your land. This explains the migratory patterns but village hate won't allow you to face the facts!

Every extra coins you are now making in Lagos that helps you to easily embark on these grand projects, are coming from returns on investments made overtime by the federal government in Lagos! This is why Lagos rakes in more revenue than say Ekiti or Edo! And I don't begrudge Lagos for this. I'm only saying that the Agbadorian attempt to appropriate these successes to further some disgusting Tinupoo narratives must stop for our collective sanity as a people! Lagos was/is not a Tinupoo nor Yoruba nor Igbo nor Hausa creation! Lagos was made by federal Nigeria! Infact Gen Gowon did more for Lagos than Tinupoo! Ask your elders.. All those bridges and flyovers you see were mainly built by Gowon.
Thank you sir!

You are right. Nigeria supposed to have gone beyond this but that doesn't mean we should not appreciate those who dare to raise the bar. Some people pretend as if Lagos is the only state that is rich in Nigeria.

It is all about a will to do what is right. I remember some years ago when I was in Kano, Kwankwaso, during his second tenure, announced that Kano was going to have some flyovers and underpasses in some strategic locations within Kano city.

Then, it was something audacious and many thought it was too big a dream for Kano, which had no single flyover in the city area, to have several flyovers and underpasses within four years. He built them, several of them. I can remember Kabuga and Gadon Kaya underpasses, flyover and interchange at Gidan Murtala area, Ibrahim Taiwo road flyover, 'Yan Kura flyover and many more.

Kano got flyovers and underpasses and the landscape changed forever. His successor also built on the legacy and now the bar is raised in Kano state.

Funny enough each n every single thing you listed is solely attributed to the superior Yoruba by and large. Not even a single one you listed as Igbo your shameless tribe as a common denominator. Not even one.

owobokiri:

I was stating the uncomfortable raw facts without minding whose ox is gored! Why should I be jealous? Jealous of who? Which part of Lagos development can be solidly attributed to Yoruba ingenuity? Roads? Murtala airport? Tin Can Port? National stadium? National Arts Theater? All the mainland bridges? The flyovers? Festac and Trade Fair Complexs that bring in billions? Egbin Power station? Can you tell me how the Yorubas developed Lagos but failed to develop Oshogbo and link those to my presumed jealousy? Let's start from there.. Because I can see Kaduna and Kano in the North and I can see Onitsha, Port Harcourt and Aba in the East, all propped up by the locals! Can you say anything about Ogbomosho, Akure and Oshogbo for once?

All the mentions I get on this thread starts with a curse to either my innocent father or to my beautiful mother.. Very deplorable.. I have NEVER replied in like manner, yet we're the ones that are always accused of waking our parents with "a sliding kick".

These deluge of gutter insults coming from a people who roll in the mud to greet the elderly while claiming to be the custodians of the most respectful culture in Africa, is very rich... It goes to show that the dramatization of respect can never prove the genuiness of a "respectful culture"..

Totally nonplussing..

When they post news of achievements in Akwa Ibom, you attack and insult them. When they post news of good things in Lagos, you start crying. May your children never achieve good things in their lives.
God punish that your mother that failed to give you proper upbringing. You think motherhood is only to birth children like animals without giving them sound moral upbringing.
There are basic morals which every child should have, you lack them. Gratitude, contentment, commonsense. All you display is envy, jealousy, bickering and stupidity of all kind.

This their jealousy and covetous nature on other peoples resources and land is what led to both the Igbo coup of 1966 and the annexation of the Niger Delta into their rogue Biafra nation.

You see all those nollywoid films with the OSU man killing anyone for land , that's exactly the Igbo politics manual. To steal the resources and land of others.

So the least you can expect is their unbridled and open jealousy of other peoples development strides while they wallow in pig swill in their ekwensu cannibal enclave .
