David Hundeyin is totally spittin’ here. I know for a fact that getting admission into any of the defense bodies in Nigeria is heavily plagued with dense nepotism.

Back in the beginning of Jonathan’s tenure when Brig. General Amasaowei ran the Nigerian Defense Academy, I was a web development contractor with the company in charge of managing the admission portal (printing pins, providing enrollment forms etc). It was considered top-secret by the military as we all had to visit NDA Headquarters (in Kaduna) for monthly briefings and updates.

I was really young them and eager so i also served as a helpline admin for prospectives navigating the portal. That shit was an eye-opener menh. I got a lot of calls from applicants begging for a guaranteed slot and willing to pay up to 2 million if you can guarantee them a slot. The company head had senators begging him with wads of cash to get their ward into the NDA.

Omo, I gats clear them say I no get that kain influence for the selection process.

The kain nepotism wey i see made me give up on Nigeria before I even started life as an independent young man.
