A 32 year old man weighing 35kg is difficult for my mind to picture. I feel your first priority should be to focus on your health, and see a doctor to be sure all is well with your health.

If you're certified healthy, then the next thing you need to do is hit the gym and start working out to bulk up. Let all the rejection you have faced become your inspiration. There are people who have changed their physical body type through workout. Find their posts, and try to follow their advice and routine.

If you have money, buy a car, make your house comfortable, and try to look good.

Additionally, please try and also consider that you may be trying to date women far above your level in terms of looks or social status. For all I know, there may be some woman somewhere who is interested in you, but you don't like her.


Lastly, try to ask the women you know among your family and friends, who know and trust you, to connect you with someone they think will be good for you.

This is not always true. Over-generosity works sometimes. When you withdraw they'll miss your generosity and adoration for them - especially when they compare with other guys.
