If you can, advise your dad to rent a place, if you want to join him go ahead. This will spur you into hustling hard and taking care of your dad. Women are not sweet.

Since it appears like no one in the husband's family wants any of her drama, I will advice the OP to go to any NSCDC office nearby. Let them pick her up. One day behind counter should be enough to make her sober. An undertaking to the effect that nothing grievous must happen to her husband should be a reminder to her any time she tries to bully the man ever again.

I felt so sad... Check most wayward girls, the hand writing of their mother is clear written on it.. I grew up in a family I knew what my step mother did to her daughter without my dad knowing. But the day my dad discovered some misbehavior like the one OP stated above from my half sister , he dealt with her but the mother will always codedly support her daughter... I am a living witness to what she has become now but both parents are dead..OP I understand you very well.. Don't worry time shall tell.
