You don’t need to make any payment. Once you have been issued your scholarship Award Letter, present it to your University and it’d suffice. Those who are expected to make a deposit are those who are self-funded students.

I tried reaching out to NDDC via phone call but the line was switched off. I wanted to get a possible date for the pre-departure briefing or even an estimate. I'm guessing it would be sometime in January or latest February

Well, I think it depends... if you want to meet up for January you might have to make the deposit, because it's likely that you won't get the scholarship letter by the time you need it. So, it might be best to make the deposit and then when your NDDC funding comes you'll take the deposit amount out of it. If you're going for September, then you won't need to make any deposit.

We always have individuals like you - faceless puppets/sycophants, who are willing to defend the CORRUPT status quo. How does the NDDC failing to pay me N15,000 reimbursement for almost two weeks - my RIGHT and their DUTY, a sign of "bitterness" or whatever? When you think you are intelligent than others because you or someone you know probably got selected/paid promptly (based on CRONYISM or corruption), you are only embarrassing yourself.

I have just received a second alert of 15k about an hour ago... so I'm guessing the first one was for CBT and now this is for oral interview. The issue I believe would be from the way your bank is handling this. GTbank people I'm sure would have fewer issues
