Please I need a response guys....

Quonchovsymenez:
Hi all, please I need a to ask some stuffs about F2.

If I get married in another country and not Nigeria with my F2, will it be a problem to get her visa?

Then since my stay has about 1year to expire and I have an i-20 of 6 years, will the visa be approved or will I need to come back to renew my visa for her to travel?

Then what if she keeps coming back and going, then when the visa expires after 2 years, can she come back to renew our visas while I don't come back?

Also, will she be given a fresh 2 years or if not, if my visa expires, can she travel with hers? Or will she be given the remaining period of my own visa?

Thanks so much, please examples and instances will help here too.

It seems she made her decision to deny based on funding.
Try next time… but try and get an audited profit and loss statement of your dad’s company for like 6 months prior . Get his FIRS tax certificate clearance as well. Package everything with your income. Whenever it comes to funding questions, suffocate them with enough legit docs. Good luck

You can't provide a doc. to the VO when they don't request it.

You tried.
What's the name of the University? Let's start from there.
You said the second attempt... Why do you think you were denied the first time? Post your first transcript, then post the second transcript under if you wish to get a meaningful contribution.

They are solving from answer to equation by interpolation.

Quonchovsymenez:
The interview is the easiest part of the stuff if you know what you are going for, what you are studying, have the right funding and what you will do with the degree. The hardest part is getting the school, course of study, application requirements and funding. So do the basic first before reading transcripts. You don't have admission and you are reading transcripts. What are you going to relate the transcript with. Nigerians and backward integration...

I know, but you can tell VO when talking about your dad’s company that ‘I have his company’s audited financial statement and his FIRS tax clearance certificate. Infact, you should talk about what the company does and its finances. eg I have a certified and audited profit and loss statement and FIRS certificate for perusal.

Your relatives invited you to Abidjan to fast track your interview date. Keeping it 100% is less stressful. LOS/AbJ dates are fully booked.

This is all over the place and you don’t seem to have a clue. I’m glad you said that success requires you to learn from those who have done this before… well here we are, and you seem to be treating our advice as a waste of your time.

To say the interview process is the hardest betrays your ignorance. You have no major picked out, are here begging someone else to give you a list of schools, have no idea the requirements for funding … and interview transcripts are what you want to read? My take is you are quite lazy. You want someone else to suggest a school and major for you, help you figure out funding, while you do only what engages you. Good luck bro

This is an example of the comprehension issue I said you have. You read to reply me, not to understand. Read through all my comments here, I've answered all the points you're bringing up. You think I'm lazy because you don't really understand what the word lazy literally mean.

I've been clear from beginning about what I want, I stated my history, my current hurdle and politely requested for help. The question was about getting some recommended schools I'll apply to, did you ever read where I said someone should help me out with registration and funding, if that was what I wanted, I could have easily applied via an agent, read to understand, don't assume things.
Re: General USA Student Visa Enquiries-part 17 by Darhny: 12:34am On Jan 04, 2023
Good day everyone,

I just got an admission for a 2 year MBA program in USA, with a full tuition coverage (scholarship) for the first year. The tuition fee is $50k per annum, and I’ve an approved Mpower loan of $30k for living expenses for the first year. I’d like to know if the above funding would be sufficient for my visa application process. And I’m meant to resume in August.

You can go with an agent since you’re not afraid of failure.
Also, why cant you do it yourself since you have nothing to lose.. pass or-fail. It seems you’re the only one holding yourself??

You obviously have the exact issue you accuse me of. The bold is EXACTLY my point. You’re asking someone to recommend schools for you so you can busy yourself reading interview transcripts? Tell me you’re intellectually lazy without being anymore explicit. The time taken to type the ridiculous treatises could have been better spent looking up schools for yourself. Google is free bro.

United States Extends Interview Waivers For Certain Nonimmigrant Visa Applicants

The Department of State recognizes the positive impact of travel to the United States by foreign student and temporary work visa holders on the U.S. economy and is committed to facilitating nonimmigrant travel and further reducing visa wait times.

We are pleased to announce that the Secretary of State has made a determination extending the authority of consular officers to waive in-person interviews for certain nonimmigrant visa categories through December 31, 2023.

Consular officers are authorized, through December 31, 2023, to continue to waive in-person interviews on a case-by-case basis for certain first-time and/or renewing applicants.

These categories of visas are for Temporary Agricultural and Non-Agricultural Workers (H-2 visas), Students (F and M visas), and Academic Exchange Visitors (academic J visas), and certain beneficiaries of approved individual petitions for nonimmigrant temporary worker visas in the following categories: Persons in Specialty Occupations (H-1B visas), Trainee or Special Education Visitors (H-3 visas), Intracompany Transferees (L visas), Individuals with Extraordinary Ability or Achievement (O visas), Athletes, Artists, and Entertainers (P visas), and Participants in International Cultural Exchange Programs (Q visas); and qualifying derivatives. These waivers are authorized by a determination of the Secretary of State with the concurrence of the Department of Homeland Security.

The authorization to waive the in-person interview for applicants renewing a visa in the same classification within 48 months of the prior visa’s expiration was previously authorized to remain in place until further notice.

These interview waiver authorities have reduced visa appointment wait times at many embassies and consulates by freeing up in-person interview appointments for other applicants who require an interview.

Nearly half of the almost seven million nonimmigrant visas the Department issued in Fiscal Year 2022 were adjudicated without an in-person interview.

We are successfully lowering visa wait times worldwide, following closures during the pandemic, and making every effort to further reduce those wait times as quickly as possible, including for first-time tourist visa applicants.

Embassies and consulates may still require an in-person interview on a case-by-case basis and dependent upon local conditions. We encourage applicants to check embassy and consulate websites for more detailed information about this development, as well as current operating status and services.

Looks like funding is the issue here.
If you don't mind apply to my school Marshall university the same department.

https://www.marshall.edu/academics/programs/mathematics-ma/

You are guaranteed a 100% fee waiver plus a $12/hrs stipend.

Message the graduate coordinator and chair of the department.
They are in dire need of master's students as the last 2 just graduated in December 2022.

Nigerians don't need residency permits in ECOWAS countries, with your Nigerian passport (which is actually an ECOWAS passport) you can enter and live in any ECOWAS country. Cote D'Ivoire is an ECOWAS country.
