1. Satan, as defined in scripture is one who serves God and does as God commands Him. Even the power he, Satan has, comes from God, so I don't think all religions share the same idea as far as even the devil is concerned.

There is no Lucifer character that refers to Satan. Instead, the one who is the brighter morning star is Jesus Christ, the brightest of all the morning stars.

I have encountered you before and I know that you just like arguing for argument sake. Saying Jesus was also referred to as a morning star does not mean Jesus was Lucifer. Bright and morning start is an official title of an office.
The office if Lucifer was the office of the light bearer.
Lucifer was the expressed glory of God in heaven. And that was what made him feel he could equate himself with God and what lead to him being removed from that office, his light and glory lost and he became the devil. Simply because when light is taken away darkness is inevitable.
God did not make Satan or the devil, the devil made himself by losing his light.
When Jesus was crucified and resurrected he received the honor and glory of God including being given a name that is higher than any other name both in heaven and earth and the world to come.
Such honour now automatically made him the bright and morning star (the highest honour or glory in heaven) next to that of God the father of all lights.
