Yes, this is the most important study.

And yes I did mention ScientificAmerican, but you may want to be careful referencing it. Be sure they are properly referencing their references.

You seem to be open to a nice exchange. So let's continue.

Would you like me to tell you why it's the most important paper to rely on? Or we can just move on?
Please tell me why it's the most important and also tell me your deductions from it

TheGoodJoe really took out the patience to tackle the misinformation that benji and Komekn were peddling, to think that they have zilch data to back up their claim made their argument deformed and boring. I kept away from the argument because TheGoodJoe is more than enough to handle them for the next ten years if the argument were to stretch up to that interval.

Congratulation to TheGoodJoe.

Nothing to add... Nailed it!

Osimhen tiring opponents with his pace and movement, says former Juventus midfielder Ametrano
By JOEL OMOTTO

Former Juventus and Napoli midfielder Raffaele Ametrano is impressed by Victor Osimhen’s skillset which he feels makes him difficult to mark.

WHAT HAPPENED? Osimhen is known for his pace, tenacity and aerial strength while also possessing a powerful shot, qualities that have made him one of the most feared strikers in the world.

The Nigeria international has displayed all these traits in his time in Italy, and Sunday’s Serie A meeting with Sampdoria was a prime example, when he spotted Mario Rui on the ball and sprinted into the box, getting in between the two centre-backs, before connecting well with the defender’s pass to slot home his 10th league goal of the season.

TheGoodJoe:
You can see Morata dropped deep and ran towards the ball. After passing it, he turned and saw a gap in the defence and attacked the gap. Which made it easier for the player to find him in space to capitalize on it.

Osimhen learning this will make him a phenomenal Hitman.

My brother, we deserve some accolades.

This is true. However standing on a ground that can and has been shaken by scientific and empirical evidence is a safety hazard o grin

January 2023... Osimhen replicating this exact movement play right off TheGoodJoe's post.

The Kind of Progressive and Solution-filled analyses I love to see proved right.

“It's not easy to mark Osimhen. He arrives with impressive clarity in the penalty area with the work he manages to do. If he manages to have physical and mental continuity, he will score a lot of goals between now and the end [of the season].”

Top drawer comment and I hope Osimhen heeds to this. He needs to maintain that work rate and keep exploring offensive gaps. Osimhen should make that his trade mark and I see him exploding from here.

He should take his tactical knowledge development seriously. He can see his transformation with improved tactical knowledge. Improving more on this will skyrocket him.

This is just the beginning. The Super Eagle is about to soar higher.

Osimhen's improvement is such a joy to watch. He sees those spaces in the offensive areas with ease. With his pace, he beats the defenders with a bit of ease. We also need to give Spaletti some praise. He has really put in the work in those guys. Now they have to give the rest of the season a blast.

Great. The lead author Jiri Dvorak, was FIFA's chief medical officer and the chairman of the FIFA Medical Assessment and Research Centre at the time. In fact, he suggested the MRI. I believe he's no longer with FIFA now. You won't find any study as comprehensive.

Having said that let's fire away.

The figure below shows the sampling strategy. The examination protocol was performed in 4 countries: Switzerland, Malaysia, Argentina, and Algeria. Am I correct?
Pls check the picture against the article to be sure I am not lying or misrepresenting anything.

Since you are basing your statements on assumptions, how about this?
Ndidi that you claim might have falsified hid age has been playing professionally for 10 years now and is considered one of the best DM in the premier league and definitely top 10 in the world based on verifiable stats..Never mind his recent injury spells..
If Ndidi falsified his age, I don't think he would be playing so well at a top level at this stage..

You are making huge assumptions about Ndidi',s quality and pedigree in the HERE and NOW. He is not in the top 10 in the world but any stretch of the imagination, that's your fantasy, wake up .

Ndidi is struggling to be first choice in Leicester City and you think he is in the top 10 in the EPL. Have you not noticed he hardly gets any interest from other top clubs in the EPL and across Europe.

Leicester are in the lower percentile of the EPL table and one loss away from being in the relegation zone.

MRI proves without a shadow of doubt that Ndidi was over the age of 17 how much over is open to debate. Could he have been 20/21 absolutely yes. That's a small physiological difference of 3-5 years but in football marketing terms and opportunity a WORLD of DIFFERENCE.

What the MRI does is prevent a mockery of the system. In 2009 we presented Uncles as U17 players when Fortune Chukwudi was held to account he was closer to 30 at the time. His response was, I am not the only one, why my me. He was actually right, nobody in that group was under U17.

Over time it's become apparent you have a preference for perception over facts, self birthed imaginative notions and fantasies.

You have moved away from facts and substantive deductions to wishy washy propositions without substance.

But let me descend with you and use your self birthed unit of measurement and a bit of comparison analysis. To show you how stupendously inept your proposition is.

We will use Omeruo for many here an outstanding top level defender, not me.

In 2009 he claimed to be 15 , do you or does anybody here believe that ❓ He is now 29 that's just 3 years older than Ndidi. Omeruo had been a consistent continuous average if not below average performer in his entire career. No real progression just average but always in the SE. So he had been able to perform continuous without break albeit averagely for 12 years.

Has anybody seen a 15 year old remain largely the same until he is 29 ❓ No change facial development , remain the same height, body structure, etc I have not.

The say a picture tells a thousand words and a video therefore a million words, IMO, for good measure.

Please look at 17 year old Iwobi both deh chop Oha soup with pounded yam and compare to a supposed 15 year old Omeruo and if you like 18 year old Ndidi. Make your own perception led deductions.

Shockingly Ndidi and Iwobi are the same age and Omeruo is only supposedly 3 years older than him. Picture of an 18 year old Ndidi at Genk in 2016 who failed an MRI scan in April 2013, that's 3 years earlier.

Really a Joy to behold and we can only hope he keeps on improving and flying higher than he is already doing.

He is the Biggest Gun and the Leader of our League of Extraordinary Hitmen and hopefully his awesome qualities will be much better complimented by a more creative and forward thinking midfield in the SE should the coaches pick right for the good of the team.

We are talking about a guy who is on course to set a new NT Goals Record.

The Best of our League of Extraordinary Hitmen will truly be unleashed if the Midfield behind them is more forward-thinking and boasts the right technical and tactical mix that will trigger Absolute Beastmode in the final third.

First of all, bring any statistical ranking of the top 10 defensive midfielders in the world from at least 5 respectable sports websites and let's see if Ndidi name won't be there.
You're being hypocritical as usual. Ndidi had been battling injuries of recent which has limited his starting role in the team. He is fully fit now and has started the last few games and even captained them once. Does that sound like a man who isn't assured of a starting shirt in his team?
I dare you to bring the list of the top 10 DM in the world in recent years...

Don't bring Omeruo into the discussion... I don't have any argument in support of our national team u-17 products of the pre 2013 set.. Ndidi's age and form is the discussion here..

It's funny you will add Iwobi who was born in the same Nigeria that doesn't have automatic data capture at birth.... Going by your logic, Iwobi's age should be under question too..

Meanwhile, below is Ndidi in 2013 supposedly aged 16.. the year he failed MRI

Are you a Nigerian ❓

Consider our socio -ecomomic dynamics and our ingrained penchant for crooked behaviour.

Age is intrinsically linked to value and opportunity in football. Taking 3-5 years of your age will be the difference to living in abject poverty or living the football ⚽ dream of affluence riches and luxury for not just yourself but whole family.

What will you do ❓❓❓ or what will 99% of Nigerians do if they can get away with it.

Do you know how many guys have married women older than them unknown to them.

Age cheating is our national culture, look at the highest level PMB or Emi lokan all age cheats.

I agree that MRI has put a stop to Uncles parading themselves as U17 players, but you can, nonetheless, shade 3-5 years off your real age is a definite possibility.

The articled can be summarized like this

1) There were questions as to how Chukwudi and other players passed the first MRI test which raised doubt as to whether the test was conducted on them at all

2) Chukwudi and the suspected players failed to show up for the second scan which further casted doubts on their participation in the first scan

3) The MRI scan in 2009 wasn't made mandatory by FIFA.. It was easy for corruption to set in as it was voluntarily done by the NFF.

Based on all these, using 2009 as a case study for the authenticity of the MRI is pointless.. it wasnt a properly documented process...

Hypocritical -a person who claims or pretends to have certain beliefs about what is right but who behaves in a way that disagrees with those beliefs.

Let's get that out the way , because it's apparent you don't know the meaning of hypocrisy. It also alludes to double standard.

Statistics are not a stand alone component but converge with other variables. So for instance Ngole Kante may not have the highest tackle rate ,but is considered the best DM in the World, you can add Casemiro, Thiago, etc.

A measure of your quality is the amount of transfer interest a player generates among top teams. Ndidi in recent times generates none.

Football is time constrained and therefore HERE and NOW assesment is intrinsic to all performance deductions. We don't use. "recent years" . Last season Tega was outstanding HERE and NOW he is not , he may catch up but let's see, his value has dropped as a result. Football is impatient get over it and deal with it.

Injury is another performance variable that impacts on value performance present and continuous. If you get injured somebody takes your place and you may have to fight to get it back. Also if you are labelled injury prone or you take longer to recover, interest and value will drop.

What is hypocritical about these observations and deductions, this is the very nature of football ⚽. There is not one rule for Ndidi and a different one for everyone else.

So what's hypocritical about that Dr 2know.❓

Iwobi left Nigeria as a toddler to Turkey and then to England his nursery school, primary school his time playing Sunday football ⚽ well documented. Nothing in doubt.

Fred Onyedinma was born in Lagos some of you don't know but you put that ignominious label FB upon him. He got here aged 3. He played in the same Blackheath district team as Iwobi.

So can you show me the hypocrisy here please ❓❓

Will you apologize or your Ego will not allow you to do that.

You are changing the narrative shamelessly without restraint.

I introduced the narrative of the 2009 U17 supposed youth team as a direct response TO YOU and your misguided proposition. Not benji93

You presented a obnoxious proposition based on perceptive preference not substance. I then used the framework of that nonsensical proposition to show you how inept it was.

I then used comparison analysis with that same inept proposition. Using unscientific observation that it is quite compelling and you still cannot concede that Ndidi failed the MRI test and is definitely not 26.

You should not be so evasive , your question ❓ should be directed to me not benji93

No misrepresentation

Oh no, I am actually not basing my argument on 2009. It was the snack. Just threw that out there after I saw what someone else posted. My main argument is based on the article and its references. How many times will I repeat this? Listen. Listen. Apparently, there's someone else willing to do the mile, at least it seems so. Hopefully, he doesn't get lost too. You and@Goodjoe cannot follow anything. Just jumping from A to D. Calm down. Step by step.
You have repeatedly asked us to calm down more than 2000 times already.
All we asked you to do is prove your stance with fact. All the articles you have referred us to so far, none of them buttress your point.
You were even asked a logical question which you failed to answer.
If truly 21-year olds do pass MRI test, why did Ndidi whom you said was overage at that time managed to fail the test?

This to me is no more an argument. It's now a cruise.

The main root of this argument is the insinuation that a 21-year old can pass MRI test which you blindly and biasedly (as usual) supported. You claimed ndidi falsified his age. Why did he failed MRI then going by the stance you supported? According to your assumption, Ndidi should be around 21 years old then, why didn't he pass the MRI test?
