this is an insider work, all those information are in the bank. The bank know your 4 digit PIN, the bank know your BVN, the bank know the phone you register the app, infact the even have your thumb print.
The bank is responsible for everything.
Banks in Nigeria are more than armed robbers. I don't blame my granny who refused to open an account no matter the persuasion.

You Nigerians just sit and post rubbish. Bank doesn't know your pin that is why it is called a secret code. When you guys expose your cards anyhow, use pos anyhow and brag about your account balance why won't they fall victim to scam.

If this was an inside job do you think the bank would allow this go as far as it did?. Them for Don find way pay to aviod reputational damage.

Didn't you read the part where the bank stated that the amount salvaged from one of the fraudulent beneficiary is 800k? Is the bank meant to debit herself and refund the customer for other funds spent by the fraudster when the liability lies with the customer? Capital NO.
If the amount salvaged from the fraudster is higher than 800k, the bank will definitely give it to her.

If you had read the bank's letter, you would have known the bank is not trying to pay her 800k, rather 800k is what's left after the fraudster has spent most of the funds stolen from her.

She knows she has no case, so she is going the emotional blackmail route. The actual thief is close to her or someone who has access to any of her previous or current devices.

Let me tell u the truth , nobody is gonna be caught i have told you guys except she spend millions of naira to fight via court and its not gonna be immediately o it can take a year plus before and by then she self go don taya , that is if she has a good lawyer

Access bank and uba bank go de battle her in court to protect their customer ( those bank acc have fake BVN) so na who u wan catch now

This tin have happened to me before but my case was not hacked case i was defrauded by a scammer online

but are you saying they opened the account with fake NIN? because nin has been linked to our bank and it'd be difficult to have two NIN.

I am telling you from my experience when i was duped by me paying to a fraudster bank account 2021 , i saw how nigerian banks help fraudsters to open bank account that cant be traced

So you think that those that did the transfer of such funds no get sense , why would they send it to a bank account with correct bvn and NIN and house address

The emie IDE of the phone that received the OTP can be gotten. If they actually want to work they can. Who are those that own those account numbers. What is the limit and why was it exceeded. But she got those alerts why not block the linked card and account as soon as possible via app or codes after all she was a former staff. I put it to her that she is not saying the whole truth. As much as the bank is the number one suspect and culprit. On what basis did she leave the bank. She could also gang up with other people in the bank to try and tanish the bank's image and corporate identity. But zenith bank can do better in coming up with clean hands on this case especially.
