Guys, I'm confused on this trademark stuff. I have a name I'm planning to reg. It's a two word name. The first word seems trademarked with some other words. Let's take "energetic" for instance. If I had wanted to reg EnergeticProductions, and I search for energetic on trademarkia and it brings up "EnergeticSystems" a word different from the one I wanted to reg as trademarked, is there any issue?
Is it possible "energetic" can be trademarked on its own?
