I work in antenatal clinic as receptionist and I'm very good friends with the guy that does ultrasound scan.

If you want to help her, you can tell her to go for ivf using her husband's sperm to fertilize her egg and then implanting the embryo in her. That way she does not have to sleep with another man to get pregnant.

What happens when the husband does a DNA and discovers the child isn't his? You'll pay whatever she paid you one million times over in school fees, feeding fees, and all.

Let him go ahead and divorce her and he'll then wake up and smell the coffee upon realizing that he's the one with a problem and not her.

Him divorcing her won't get him children anywhere, he will sleep with other women but still not be able to impregnate them... While the woman will move on and find a man who will be able to get her pregnant.
