Thank you for the educative and informative post its been helpful and I personally do appreciate. I have been following most of your post and I am currently in a dilemma as to the job offer to choose

Offer A
Location Oniru VI
Pay: =N= 2.4m(net)
Benefits: Pension, NHF only
Working days: Mondays to Fridays

Offer B
Location Apapa
Pay: =N=1.44m (net)
Benefits: HMO & pension plan only
Working days: Mondays to Fridays

Offer C
Location Ibeju-lekki
Pay: =N=1.44m (net)
Benefits: HMO (they are in talks with 3 HMO's) pension, leave allowance, 13th month (it's dependent on the performance of the company meaning its not certain) & accomodation
Working days: Mondays to Saturdays, Saturdays is half day"

Please, I need your advice on the best to choose, kindly note that the position applied for are FINANCE role for ALL the jobs above.

Moreso, I have been out of job since June 2022 & I want to be a land owner by 2024. I have got a young family to feed and unpaid bills. I reside in Ijagemo in Alimosho area of Lagos.
