Cashless policy can be a force for good and evil.....on one hand it can make life easier where the people have access to excellent Internet connection and a proper device such as smart phone or body enabled chip........many biblical scholars and researchers have concluded that the only way the Antichrist can fully implement the mark of the beast is through digital or electronic money.....

How is Nigeria ripe for a full cashless society? Only an evil person or a deluded person who thinks social media is a representation of Nigeria will support this evil......there are several millions of Nigerians who have no bank account......many more millions without smart devices.....Internet connection is poor in many parts of Nigeria yet Obi and Atiku...the 2 PDP thieves are supporting hardship cos they think it will benefit them....

The United Kingdom, EU and many developed countries are not a fully cashless society and there is no nation that has experienced this chaos due to currency swap or change ....the US dollars changes regularly no problem.....naira has changed many times in the past no problem.....Emefiele, Atiku, Obi are enemies of the people......we all know that no presidential candidate will be affected by this lack of new naira note
you are a mad man

Mumu don shoot himself for foot.

First, his reaction came way too late. Too late. The last of the top 4 to speak about the current economic hardship.

Pandora Anini should tell us forward thinking countries where the citizens suffer like Nigerians are suffering because their apex bank want to swap or redesign their currency. grin I don know say he's a sakamanje and a very selfish conman. I'm beginning to think Obingo is more selfish than mikano. This is the man promising to turn Nigeria to Dubai - someone who has spoken so much against the oppression, poverty, backwardness, corruption, etc affecting the country. Suddenly, the demonic economic swap is good because it's was designed to fight corrupt politicians. grin

This guys is too poor in tact and reasoning to be a politician in such a complex country like ours. Na just motivational speech - no wit! zero sagacity!

Buhari and the Presidency are already saving face with "CBN gave us false intel" "CBN told us there would be no problem" but the dull Pandora is telling people to be patient with the ill-thought policy. That's the presidency literally agreeing with what people have been saying that the policy is a flop grin The ode is literally saying everyone who opposed the swap policy are wrong and people deserve the unnecessary hardship. I see zero leadership quality in Obi; no wonder the Sultan of Sokoto gave him a book to read about leadership grin

The way I see it Pandora internationally kept quiet and was so happy that "Buhari was fighting Asiwaju with the redesign policy." The delusional man discovered late that he has been left behind when the presidency started piling blame on the CBN. He had no choice than to come out with that nonsense and watery reaction.

Again, ask Pandora to mention countries that are forward thinking that do currency resign like the CBN did.

People should leave social media and listen to local radio stations for a day to hear people complaining about the hardship they're experiencing because of the swap. There is no note for people to spend. Cash scarcity. The masses are forced out from engaging in the economy. Bad online banking experiences. But Pandora said this kind of things are common with countries doing currency resigns grin

It's no surprise though. Someone who threw Anambrans into poverty because he wants to save to invest in a family beer business will see no big deal about the current hardship. Masses wallowing in mediocrity is what gives him erection cheesy

Atiku too support this hardship on masses but for airing his opinion fast, I still prefer him after Tinubu as my president because he took his stand first. But this Flatty had to wait so long to come up with this? despite what people have unnecessarily gone through plus God-Knows damage this would have done to small businesses,

Fool , just this month past , the bank has raked over 10k from me just by using their app to transfer funds for payments for virtually everything.

They want to be the unwanted middle men in every transaction .

Why can't you fools see that this only benefits the banks and no one else.

You are the fool here if your only reason for being against it is because it benefits banks.

Na so bro. It's not difficult to know fake people. Obi is too fake.

1. He thought the scarcity was working in his favour. It's why obidients are so happy despite the hardship. According to them, Tinubu is getting punished.

2. Obi posted that trash tweet to be political correct. He does care if his followers die of hunger or the nation have to postpone the election.

It benefits you. If you pay 10k for transfer fee. How much would you lost if 500k was stolen from you?

Just as the useless NIN
highchief1:
the day u will have sense I will kill one goat and finish it myself.U surely haven’t travelled outside your village before.Nigeria does not have what it takes to be cashless.Hopeless bank networks, failures from pos.Singe I left Nigeria I have never gone to any bank to complain about failed online transactions. Not for once.In Nigeria u will transfer money in the morning it will reflect in the night.U go to some pos they will say no network.u visit most atm u will see crowd why they will say network is bad or no money in the machines only one is dispensing. To go cashless u must first put some things in place. Also abroad policies are for everyone not a selected few,in Nigeria they will say u can’t withdraw more than 20k but cbn govs side chic will withdraw 500m.Pull down that ur useless write up Nigeria is not due for a cashless policy.

Urchins are praising Tinubu for tantrums and outburst. Urchins should come and see a very presidential and patriotic statement on the issue. Unlike Tinubu who only cares about his desperate and selfish long term ambition, Obi cares about long term economic gains even beyond his own generation

If Obi or anyone think people deserve to suffer this much simply because some incompetent elements up there can't ensure seamless change of naira notes then he is not better than them and he is an option to be rejected at all cost. Change of currency happens everywhere in the world and we have witnessed it in Nigeria too but no one ever have to suffer this much because of that and nobody ever thought innocent people who didn't ask anyone to change money deserve the suffering. Only wicked souls will see how much hardship this has caused and still say what Obi said. May God not give us leader who doesn't care about the plight of people.

nigeria needs it more than those country, it will reduce kidnap, money laundry and so on to mention a few. Most of this criminals can't use transfer because they will be traced.

yang:
Use debit card to make payments

Cash should be used only for little transactions

A central bank should have control of money supply to keep exchange rate reasonable

CBN policy is good all transactions should be done by Card via POS terminal or by bank transfer

This stops kidnapping and theft and also ensures tax compliance

Printing of excessive cash for circulation is evil

There is no place in the world where people can pay or withdraw millions over the counter, it's done by bank transfer for tax and money laundering reasons
Oga na nonsense you just yarn my problem with Nigerians is when they start to compare us with other countries. Rubbish

"The currency redesign is not peculiar to Nigeria. It is an exercise that comes with some inconvenience and pain, but it has significant longterm economic and social benefits. Even though there are improvements that can be made, I urge Nigerians to bear with the CBN and Federal Government with the hope that the general populace and Nigeria will harvest the gains that will come with the reforms."

How insensitive and callous of Obi to make such statement after seeing the pain and chaos going on over the mess that Buhari and Emefiele have caused. Nigerians supporting Obi may be making a big mistake if he wins, he may continue this Buhari's evil cashless policies..... He may be another "false messiah" just like Buhari in 2015.... I hope those supporting him are using their heads and are not into the cult of personality that have characterized Peter Obi's meteoric popularity after decamping from PDP and joining labour party.... I wonder how Obi can see economic benefit in punishing Nigerians.... This is a clear indication that he is in support of what is going on.... He is asking Nigerians to bear because it is not affecting him....
