Click on it, you'll see a drop-down of the various Campus France for different countries.

Select a Campus France for your country (that should be Nigeria if you are residing here), and it will automatically refresh, and then you'll see other info you need to fill in to successfully create an account.

If you've not done this before, then go ahead and do, but if you have and still encountering difficulty, maybe you should try other browsers before contacting Campus France Nigeria.

It's September intake for most schools (except for very few). There are schools that accept direct applications, you might have to go through the various schools on Campus France or do some research online.

I think Universite Paris-Saclay is yet to open their application (at least for the course I want to apply for in the school). And their tuition is quite affordable. Although I don't know if the application is direct to the school or via Campus France. So, you can check them out and see if that's ok with you: https://www.universite-paris-saclay.fr/formation/master
