That is it. But this one is after interview. That’s the difference. No organization will ask you to submit documents after interview without plan of employing you. Any process after interview is a preemployment stage

The question is, is there anyone interviewed who didn't get mail for upload? If yes, you are not far from the truth but otherwise, hmm

NCDMB is not the template. NCDMB didn't do interviews and they manipulated the selection process. It may feel strange to you that NERC is following standard recruitment process...lol NCDMB is still planning on taking another batch of persons. Their process started in 2020.

After interviews, documents are uploaded, then verified physically. Congratulations to all who got the job.

I believe everyone who was invited for the interview received the document upload email. I also believe the document upload email was sent by interview batch. Everyone in my batch were all copied CC 'ed alongside me in the email sent from NERC.

People are still waiting for Interview invitation mails? The only reason I am still following this thread is to know the salary structure for those who will eventually get the APL.

This might be the case. Someone close to me went for his/her documentation and collection of appointment letter for a job in CBN this month. Though the person had his/her virtual interview earlier this year. He/She is to resume next month.
MDAs jobs are not for all!
