Are you sure The Presidency isn't schizophrenic. Didn't the AG and his principal promise to wait for the Apex Court ruling on the matter?

I've never seen a more incompetent Presidency.

If this happens in the US, proceedings to impeach a president that defies the Supreme Court would be swift.

People don't seem to understand that in undermining the Supreme Court, this President has set a very dangerous precedent that goes to the very roots of the country's legitimacy as a constitutional entity. Other Presidents are likely to do same in future.

Once the Supreme Court is defenestrated, we are on the road reckless lawlessness.

Foreign investors will look at the disregard for even the Supreme Court & they will say no, thank you, we would rather invest in another country where Court rulings are respected.

Story! If Nigeria supreme court wants to be obeyed common sense will tell them that they ought to earn such feet, they cant be receiving bribes and dishing out justice to highest bidders, and expect them to be obeyed, they should stop giving judgements based on technicalities rather objectively look into issues without bias. they have soiled their hands.

Why Tinubu.
Are you docile, doing nothing for yourself? Traders can't trade, sellers can't sell. It doesn't just make sense. Anarchy will soon set in.
He shouldn't have come out to usurp the Supreme Court

Who are those behind the Supreme Court case? Corrupt APC Governors

Have they ever taken the Federal Govt to court for insecurity, fuel scarcity or hardship?

They all know that the naira scarcity will reduce the chances of their old presidental candidate of winning Peter Obi

Cross River governor, that man is a total failure and a very shameless person.

[ This is why the president is the most powerful person in a country. He can veto any court rulling or preceding. He can even veto the national assembly. He has just exercised one of his constituted powers to veto the court rulling. The supreme court made itself a laughing stock when it accepted to hear a case outside it's jurisdiction. quote author=Parachoko post=120950675]Adegboruwa is right

The matter is still in court

A lot of people don't understand vrge the relationship between politics, Economics and Sociology. The decision made by the president will likely be reversed by the president himself because there are a lot of negatives than positives in the money reversal or transformation agenda.

DUMBEST MOFO. You and your fellow delusional reta@ded IPIG terrorist monkeys have shown again that you don't really care about good governance as long as you think the issue favours you.
If Obi should be mistakenly become president of Nigeria, these are the kinds of irrational lunatic supports that these IPIG terrorist fools will be giving him even if the policy is plainly bad.
Im.not surprised one bit, I already know that all wailing and crying about Buhari all these while is simply because he's not Igbo. If Buhari had been Igbo with the same things happening, you people would have been making excuses for him on daily basis.
Well enjoy these last days before the election because after the election you will be in sorrow.
You will go back to calling Nigeria a zoo again.
obi will not mistakenly become President..he is already your president...accept that reality and get lost.

“Under section 235 of the 1999 Constitution, the Supreme Court is the final authority in legal pronouncements in Nigeria.

“Under section 287(1) of the Constitution, the President is statutorily obliged to obey, enforce and give effect to the decision of the Supreme Court.

“Section 287(1) of the 1999 Constitution:

“(1) The decisions of the Supreme court shall be enforced in any part of the Federation by all authorities and persons, and by courts with subordinate jurisdiction to that of the supreme Court.”

Leave internet law and go enforce the supreme court's decision!

No police or soldier will enforce anything not instructed by the bosses who equally take instructions from Aso Rock!

There is no decentralization of government, no state police... Let me see how your confused and desperate governors will enforce it too.

The majority of the populace listen only to Aso Rock!

It is so sad that some Nigerians are siding with state governors who have never cared for them judging by some comments here.
Governors are pushing for their own selfish interest while hiding under the mask of fighting for the common man.

Nigerians wise up...we are about to have an election where victory will not go to the highest bidder.
