11 pages sounds like a lot! I advise you reduce to about 5 pages. And why do you need 3 bank accounts?

I have done 10 pages before… I am unable to say if they read it or not. I am unable to say whether my explanation made a difference or not. I did get my visas though and it’s better to be safe than sorry. If it looks big, perhaps try doing it in a tabulated format

11 pgs? How many pages is the visa application itself? What font and size did you use for text? Are you submitting thesis of your finances to an eco?

You said he is your cousin, you want to claim brother. Why confuse a straight thing.
That is very Simple thing.. cousin is cousin.
In the form cousin is not defined as family, skip that and go to next page.

11pages? Wow. Remember that you don't want to make things difficult for the ECO, he/she could be easily irritated. It's not just your application he/she will be treating. Can't you make it brief? A 1-pager sounds fine.

11 pages is too long/big, chances of the reader getting bored. is it not typed??. keep is simple and short, no need for long stories, 1 page is best...or 2 pages at most

I have 3 bank accounts: a salary account, a savings account and another life saving account where i keep money i don't need urgently.
I tend to move money from the first account to the second then from second to third
so, a lot of movement (huge deposits) happen every month.
The explanation in the cover letter is to show the deposit and withdrawal from one account to the second and third account for each month since January 2022 till date.
i decided to break it down like this because my visa application was denied in 2019, even with a balance of over 40M in all 3 accounts. ( i feel its because i didn't do a breakdown/explanation of the huge deposits and withdrawals). So, i am trying not to take chances this time around.
More like, better safe than sorry.
i used font size 12 calibri ( I might reduce the font size to 9 to reduce the number of pages).
Any further advice is welcome.

DEPENDS ON how confident you are.and if you want to save time
when i did mine..i did self upload...i spent less time at the TLS place, my pals all did assisted service, hence it had longer queues and they spent more time



for me o 1 paragraph is enough to explain all these. 2ndly having too much money gives you more work to even prove the source of the funds... if i were you...i would only use the acct that has btw x5 and x10 of the the amount of money i stated, i would spend on the holiday and then your salary account if you are employed

In my opinion, an 11-page cover letter is way out of place because it looks more like a book than a cover letter. A cover letter should be brief; one or two pages is fine.

You can explain most of the details in your application.

Ok, so I get it.

My advise: summarize the movement of funds. For example, you can say "Every month, once I'm paid my salary, I deduct an average of N500,000 and save in other accounts so that I'm not tempted to spend the money. This serves as my saving from my monthly salary. In the last 12 months, I have saved..... and I intend to utilize ...... from my savings for my trip to the UK"

Something like that. Saves you the trouble of explaining every single transaction. If a lot of transactions follow the same pattern, you can summarize in one or two sentences. Keep it simple and short. I hope this helps.

Even if it is 300 pages.. Visa isnt guaranteed. It is no more a Cover letter... Its an OPEN LETTER. It can also be called Script or Manual.

I don’t think it’s too much as long as you explained everything in detail. Nothing as too much information when it comes to visa applications especially for non appearance visas.
