Electronic transmission of results is different from collation of results. It is with the electronic transmission of results that the citizens have issues with. A lot of politicians didn't know you could rig with the BVAS, reason most of them were voted out. With the new revelation that BVAS can be rigged (with the help of INEC staff), they'll do everything possible to rig during the governorship election, unless INEC overhauls the system. A lot of INEC staff were saying they were not accessed to the password to upload the result to the server (a big lie to enable rigging), others complained about internet etc. What has INEC done to mitigate all of the above mentioned issues?
