I can't just get over the fact that I'm no longer one. I want to experience again that joy of being one. I can do or give anything to get it back honestly. It's not been long I lost it, but I'm full of regrets for doing it in the first place.

I hear you. I do not know you but I want to believe that anyone with whom you want to settle down with will love you unconditionally. I just do not want you to dwell on this to the point of depression. You may have lost it physically but I am sure you have a very good story behind it that share with whoever needs to know.
If you really " want it back " there are these chastity rings/celibacy vows where you can take a vow before God to say, I will not have sex until I am betrothed . This may give you a " feeling " of committing to being celibate.

About the sitting on hot water, some people say it slacks the vagina. That it kind of cooks the vagina. Using cold water is good. It works momentarily, but I don't know if it helps in the long run. That is, without applying it for sometime.
