When Obiano accused Peter Obi of evading Tax as a way to indict him, he went to the tax with tax receipts from the eighties to 2017. The tax officer was so shocked that she refused to go through the documents he submitted. Peter Obi is meticulous to a fault. The story was posted here on Nairaland grin

Why Obi no con dispute SE elections? No be the same bad INEC ,(according to him) conducted their own? Whether Obi is working on his own or those who were responsible for annulment of MKO's election and made us suffer for past years are using Obi, by God grace they will not only fail this time around, they will all be annihilated by the power of Almighty Allah. The Satan Obi is working with, working for and encouraging him are destined for extirpation insha Allah.

This is a case of over voting which all parties are guilty of......The states i expect he mention were more states in the north but he called out the south west and omit the East except IMO with a surprise loss in Rivers but Lagos victory to APC was fair though
But Anambra is a case of extreme is he that good ..... This would be a diffcult nut to crack as APC have enough evidence to discredit elections that also took place in the East....

The provisions of this Constitution shall apply to the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja as if it were one of the States of the Federation; and accordingly -

(a) all the legislative powers, the executive powers and the judicial powers vested in the House of Assembly, the Governor of a State and in the courts of a State shall, respectively, vest in the National Assembly, the President of the Federation and in the courts which by virtue of the foregoing provisions are courts established for the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja;

(b) all the powers referred to in paragraph (a) of this section shall be exercised in accordance with the provisions of this Constitution; and

(c) the provisions of this Constitution pertaining to the matters aforesaid shall be read with such modifications and adaptations as may be reasonably necessary to bring them into conformity with the provisions of this section.
