It's not about how much is in your sponsor's account, if they are not parents or a spouse, they will usually need to "show" commitment eg by paying your fees and transfering your living expenses to your account. Its not about simply presenting a large account without any proof you will have access to it

Thanks a lot for your response. What other documents do I need to provide for proof of relationship

Hello, I love to apply for undergraduate degree with university of Regina ( Canada) , do you think I can apply by myself or do I need agent’s help? Actually I have NECO and I was told university of Manitoba doesn’t accept NECO result but only WAEC which I do not have.

So I like to ask, if applying by myself will be challenging or not? Also is it possible for me to accompany my immediate family under study visa?

Thanks for taking your time to read my message and reply. 🙏

Yes you apply by yourself. For your admissions your honestly do not need an agent. Go to you tube and start your research. By the next 2 weeks you will be amazed at the wealth of knowledge you have acquired.
Secondly research so many schools in all province research on cost of living, reasearch on easy PR pathways. Research on the acceptance rate of each school. Lastly and very important research on tuition. So you are not surprise after pay application fee. Best of too..

As an addition your can research on colleges too. They are usually faster more affordable and well recognized programs....

Good day to you all my people. Please I need help on information on how one can secure a post graduate admission in Canada. He have HND in Estate Management with lower credit. I will like to know what options are available to him for further study in Canada. I don’t know if anyone can also help with CV and SOP review as well cos he had ample years of experience in his field of study as a self employed.
Thanks in anticipation for your response.

1. Decide on a course he wants to study, if he has been working, then a course related to his present work will be ideal.
2. With that course in mind start searching online for schools that offer that course and their admission requirements. (You can reach out to Bullstriker on this thread for help here)
3. Be gathering your POF, the bigger the better but sources of the fund must be identified and if you have lump/huge deposits in the account you must explain.
4. When you say CV and SOP review, are you saying have it ready and you need a second eye to look over it? Or you want someone to draft something for you?

Hello Gurus,

Please what’s your take on this gift deed write up

1. In consideration of natural love and affection being the sister of the Donor, the Dr assigns to the Donee a refund of 2,500,000NGN and a gift of 2,000,000NGN which is 4,500,000NGN equivalent to xxxxCAD to be held by the Donee absolutely.

2. The possession of the 4,500,000NGN herein donated into the Donee has been transferred to the
Donee account as absolute owner before execution of this gift deed.
******************
Above write up was the real context of what happened, had loaned my sister some money since last year soke where transfer and cash. So the total money had loaned her was 2,500,000 and she gifted me 2,000,000 so the total was 4,500,000 now when she wanted to send the money she put refund in the remarks/comment. This is why she thought we should do the deed of gift this way so that VO will know I also had some money with her that she refunded including the one she gifted me. Please any gurus in the house, this is really pending my application from submission I need to be very careful with how I package my Gift deed I need a sincere advice and guidance on this please.

Should we write the gift deed this way or we should just do a gift deed of 4.5million claiming she gave me everything it respective if my money is included or not.

Thanks.
It's only a lawyer that should do a deed for you.
You can send me a mail.

Hello guys,

I have been following this thread for a long while, gathering as much information as I can to apply for a study permit. I must say, this thread is a knowledge goldmine, I took all the information I needed on the process from here and went ahead to make the application myself.

I was very intentional and thorough with the documentation, and with God's grace, it got approved. So, if you are here reading this and about to submit an application, trust me you can do it, all the information you need is on this thread.

Lastly, I would like to appreciate everyone who make the painstaking effort to respond to people's queries and questions, y'all are the real MVPs, thank you.

Hello Bobomaigida, I sold my car for 7.5 million and I transfer the funds to my elder sister's account, I later told her to transfer it to my account and I am planning to do a gift of the deed. Hope they will not ask me to submit her account statements because I am the one that transfers the money to her.

Thanks for your response, he had actually applied to two school for construction project engineer which was in line with his work experience as a self employed and his application was denied. His company is dedicated to property management, building construction, and sales of various kinds of landed properties. And As a Director in his company with the years of experience he have had so far in his line of business, I think his CV and SOP have not properly addressed his duties. Hence the refusal, so I think if he can get someone to help look at his CV and SOP with second eye and adjust if there’s need. As per the fund, he has worked on this over the time.

Any assistance pls! My agent is still saying he can't access my portal since yesterday and there is a message for me. Which was sent since 14th March, a day after I did biometric. I'm suspecting is a medical request.
But the agent is still telling me he can't access it since yesterday afternoon that the server is busy.
Please I don't even know what to do again. I am just tired of everything. Any form of assistance I need please .

Your agent is not being truthful with you. Nothing is wrong with logging in into the portal. What kind of POF deal did your agent arrange for you? It's either a medical request or a procedural fairness letter (a letter that almost always precedes a ban due to misrepresentation.) Your agent is intentionally telling you he can't login for sinister reasons. If you can find a way to extract your login details out of him, the better for you.

Please I am going for my biometrics on Monday.
Data page of passport (2 copies)
Appointment letter
Biometric instruction letter
International passport

Is it true that all must be coloured copies. I already printed black and white pls someone should pls confirm this to me.
Also, is it possible for application to be treated despite not done biometric yet as I noticed my application is already under background check.

I just read about it from one person here
ShalomShalom:
Your photocopies can be in black and white, mine was and it was even inside the biometrics building I printed it. That shouldn’t be a problem.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by danherb: 1:59am On Mar 25, 2023
What of email and phone contacts on the copies of passport?

Bamz555:

NOPE! I did mine on 13th I saw some pple bringing in colored copies some of them were even telling me it has to be colored. But I approached the officials and asked, they said it can be any of d two, most important thing is just have photocopies of the required documents. So black&white is very accepted don’t let pple Mk u panic

Take your Biometrics instruction letter, VFS, appointment letter, two photocopies of your passport and the passport itself. Go with a pen as well. They might ask you to write it on the photocopy (phone number and email but I think this was during passport submission for stamping and not the biometrics itself), they might not. It's nothing to panic over
