GCMS notes remain the only accurate source of knowing the processing details of your application filed with IRCC.
Both IRCC and CBSA use the Global Case Management System (GCMS) to process the files, and when GCMS notes are requested from either of the agencies, they both release the information stored in the GCMS. Thus, the GCMS notes released, either from IRCC or CBSA, will have the same contents, except that each agency may make different exemptions in the notes, thereby redacting some information. However, most information released is the same.

It is challenging to convince the Vo that a third party will pay for not just the cost of your education but the living expenses of your accompanying dependent. Therefore, the onus is on you to prove that you will have access to the PoF and the relationship between the sponsor and you. So, yes, your sponsor should be a co-sponsor or, better still, apply alone.

Thank you.
What if we have a additional pof for 2 month with closing bal of 5million naira.

This post is not intended to discourage anyone trying to come to Canada Rather my aim is to help make you better prepared.
1) Cheap tuition are often found in provinces where part time jobs might be very limited. As of today some students in Nova Scotia are having a really tough time financially. So please do your research.
2) Canadian schools are doing their best to cash out from international students which
results in high number of admissions but please research about courses, do not pick course out of sentiments because coursework can be demanding. Imagine someone coming here with a kid and doing an M.eng course.
3) money is very important, student life limits your ability to hustle, yes people survive but not everyone has high threshold of handling pressure/stress.
Finally let’s populate Canada 🇨🇦 good luck and it shall rain PPR this month.

Yes oooo we will populate canada grin grin grin grin

Dtrixna01,
You have only made fours posts on this thread, now you are complaining that your questions have not been answered, and then threatening the house with not posting your PPR, sincerely your mind set is not decent. I wanted to ignore your post but I feel you have to be corrected.

- You registered on this platform in December 2022, and I assume you have been looking at the thread as a ghost member and learning things here before then and you would have used what you learnt to apply.
- No one knows everything about IRCC and its policies, if you ask a question and no one answers, you either move on or tag specific people to help you ( or would you want an answer at all cost even though it is wrong).
- There are many people that do not post their timelines, you will not be first to do so, it is not a flex, neither does it make anyone better. If you decide not to post, no one will harm you for it.
- Posting your timelines will not make IRCC give everyone that applies PPR and not posting will not also stop them from giving people they want to give PPR.
Lastly, don't bring animosity into the thread.

Yes, provided there are no unexplainable large deposits especially close to the time of applying
Straightforward. It is nothing compared to your initial application.

Short term studies
Returning worker
Returning student

you just proved me right. If I hadn’t made that statement, you wouldn’t type this epistle and yet couldn’t even give an answer . Also, I made it clear in my first post that I’m a ghost reader, no I didn’t get knowledge here for my application. Lastly, my post was just to get attention to my previous question.

I need assistance with accommodation. I would be arriving at KPU in Surrey by the end of the month. Have been searching through FB marketplace and Kijiji but have not yet been successful. Any idea, please?

Your post was not to get any attention, it just revealed your mindset. (My Mercedes is bigger than yours mindset).Your response to my epistle stills shows you just want an answer whether it is wrong or not, you do not care. Didn't you see where I referred you to the fact that your question has been answered already on the thread, or you want the page number?

Hello gurus, please how do you know when your upfront medical is marked as passed in the GCKey portal?

I received an email 2 days ago to check my account for new changes. I did and it was my biometrics request.

I got another email again yesterday asking me to log in to my GCKey account to see new messages, but when I logged in, there was no new message. It's still the same Biometrics request. Was this a glitch?

IRCC requires a minimum of 4 months' bank statements.
5m is a reasonable amount to show on your part.

Hi everyone , will need response on this .

I applied for visit visa June last year and got visa approved in March 2023 . I already had plans to study in Canada this year so I applied to Conestoga college in October for September 2023 , got unconditional offer and even paid my first semester fees in December 2022 .

Is it okay to apply for study visa now that I just got my visit visa approved ? I haven’t even travelled with the visit visa . Will this be a problem ?
There's no need to apply again for a study permit just yet since you already have a valid visa. Rather when you've already travelled you apply to get a study permit and resume your studies.

You can, but you don’t need to. IRCC will withdraw it when they approve the study permit.
