Another method is to 'import lead' after few hours if the end user was unable to make the offer.

But no change the price....most times I don't.

If he say he will pay 100 tell the end user to make the offer of 100 on the Dan lander. See image below, make search engine no capture am.

Works for me many times.

If he makes the offer then u accept. If he doesn't pay Dan will chase him many times and finally he will pay. I came up with this, during the days when I was experiencing difficulties closing.

That way, u don't need to change the bin price incase of some other end users u r reaching to. U can know if it's a serious guy or not.

Other times some end user will ask how do I make offer, tell them the button below the BiN price or any jargon.

Weapon use is Snov. io only. I Typed the domain keyword, just keywords; no adding of .com or anything else on my brave browser. I clicked on desktop mode for easy accessibility when entering google maps to find leads. I visit every single website I can find, trying to get owner’s email and I copy and paste enduser’s website on snov to find more emails different from the one on the website. Note, I first copied all this email I collected from the website and snov inside my phone text messaging app (pictures attached below) for easy sending.

After when I am fully done collecting emails, I start contacting endusers. I follow up on a domain up to 10times with the same emails collected from google maps. The eleventh time, my final follow up, I extract email from bing and I bid my farewell. Follow ups on a domain are carried out on a monthly basis just once in a month. Never relent on follow ups because you have got a human feeling that you are disturbing endusers. 1 to 4 follow ups are not enough to sell domain names. Most of my sales come in at the 7th, 8th, 10th follow ups not the first or second. I use same sales template all through.

Probably Endusers do not see our first mail; the second mail they see but do not read; the third mail they read; the fourth mail, they look at the price; the fifth mail, they speak of it to the people around them; the sixth mail, they are ready to purchase and the seventh mail, they purchase it.

All this might sounds like a lots of work but it quite easy and one get use to it fast. If you go by what I have written, extracting of mails should not take you up to 2hours. Follow ups on the other hand are just too simple.

Final words, all my words are meaningless! useless! if one is not buying the right domain name. Domain Name is Everything!!! It the only area we all should constantly, aggressively focus on improving. Great month ahead for us all. Never Stop!

I think the US economy will likely nose dive this year with the decoupling of countries from the US Dollar and the emergence of the BRICS currency around August this year. Domainers and any other business heavily dependent on western economies are in for a long ride.

Thanks for the advice. But, after looking up what the BRICS was about, I don't see domaining being impacted greatly. The bigger concern is the state of the US and global economies.

Some of those economies in the group still depend on the US. I just pity this South Africa.

From what I can see here, I think the currency will more or less be restricted among the member countries.

No! A freeloader. Snov gives you free 150 credits for a month; automatically renewed monthly. 10 credits are probably the highest you can use in a single day (24hours), each time you search for an email address on their platform and you were able to find one, this credits will be deducted from you until you have used up the credits allocated to you for the day.

Since 10credits are the highest I can use in a day, I figured out if I am going to effectively extract emails from Snov working on a single domain in just one day, I will need 70 credits to be able to fully extract all the important emails I can get on Snov for the domain name. So, I created 7 more emails making 8 emails just for precaution to use on Snov for extracting enduser’s emails. Working on only one new domain A day. I use Snov on my chrome browser.

Bro, do you know I have been thinking about this post since I read it? Following up people that didn't show interest for up to 10 times!

Have you ever thought about deliverability issues (emails ending up in spam folders)?

I mean I don't follow up anywhere near that many times and I send a fresh email (message) each time. Yet, I have had deliverability issues and I suspected it was because some people marked my emails as spam.

So how did you manage sending exact emails that number of times without this concern?

Hmmm, i am guessing most undeliverable problems are usually associated using customs emails, sales template, excessive out-bounding using new email. We have been advised many times to stick with gmail, to send our mails to ourselves first before sending it to enduser in order to know if it is Landing in inbox, so as to avoid spam triggering materials that might be present in your sales template and that when out-bounding with new emails we should not exceed sending to more than 50 endusers in a day; I will advise 30 for the first 30days.

I tick all this boxes and I have never have any issues with mails landing in spam or whatsoever.

As for 10 follows, this seems to raise eyes brows; I wonder why. Yes! I follow up on my domain a total of 11times not counting the first outbound before they finally drop. Just one follow up in a month that all.

I have a total of 44 domain names in my portfolio all purchased last year, I work on my names starting from Monday to Friday. Follow up time 5:20 pm to 6:30pm. So, working Monday to Friday in a month means working for 20 days (no Sunday and Saturday). I have just 20days to work on all domains in my portfolio. Now I divide 44 by 20 that should give me 2.3, I just round it up to 3. So, I work on 3 domain names in a day not going below and not going above. As my portfolio gets bigger I make adjustments, continuing the process.
