Thank you.
How many days did it take after sending webforms before your application profile changed to reviewing results of medical exam?

I have seen these complaints are coming majorly for toronto. It has been said over and over again that the city is highly competitive. In Short the bigger cities toronto and Vancouver are highly competitive and dont forget you donot have any canadian experience why not go to less competitive province. Now this is the part i cannot understand why will someone who is on a budget be looking for admission in such big cities. Will i say they failed to do thier research so inadvertently planned to fail.

Please go to cities that are not so populated and have lower cost of living so that when unforseen circumstances arise you will be able to manage the situation.

Canada is still my far better than Nigeria so don't be your own undoing

This isn’t totally true. Have you heard when students in Nova Scotia are crying? Especially the ones in CBU? It’s not rosy anywhere and it can take time to settle in, that’s why one just has to prepare for soft landing.

Hello..guys,
Is yellow fever card a requirement to travel from naija?
Cos, these immigration people can be asking of all sort of documents to frustrate passengers.

Yellow Fever Card is only for Africa/West Africa travel. North America, Europe and other regions have no business with it.

You will be notified by email upon the return of your passport from the IRCC Office to the Visa Application Centre (VAC). To retrieve your passport you can either:

In Person

Collect the passport in person at the VAC. You'll have to bring a valid ID and the receipt issued at the VAC at the time of submission.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:From April 6, 2023 you can collect your passport at the VAC between 12pm to 2pm for PASSPORT COLLECTION. Applicants are reminded that it is possible for a third party/family member to collect your passport on your behalf with the required documents.

Okay Bobomaigida.
Thanks for the info.
How easily can I reach them for a quick response, since I'm quite far away from Lagos.

Thanks.

I think they have a chat section on their website or look for their office phone line and call them.

@Bobomaigida and the Gurus in house,

I have done the Biometrics booking this morning around 9am and also did it this evening via email medium using there online web form but I am yet to hear anything from VFS.

How soon will their office reach out to us on the scheduled booking date?

tolyem:
@Bobomaigida,

I am so grateful for the fast response.

It is for my son. I have the letter already, I will book today.

Usually once you are done with registration, you should get a confirmation email with the details, if you have not received it, check their website for their customer service line and call them, to get more information.

You were unfortunately banned when you applied before, since you did not know i assume the application was handled by an agent. There is sadly no remedy than to wait out the five years or look towards another country.

I am applying for study permit for my self, but plan to go with my kids.

Please has anyone been able to apply for study permit for minors above 5yrs old successfully? I understand letter of acceptance is not compulsory for minors, however information about the school they will attend in Canada are required.

I am stuck on this section. Please any idea on how this section can be completed?

How much should one be looking at as Mapple charge?

you can’t do anything about it .you or your agent submitted fake documents or lied during your last application.

Hey guys, please can I get some feedback on this.

I did my biometrics on the same day as someone else, and that person has received feedback from IRCC recently. Would it be appropriate to ask for an update on my response using the webform?

Hello everyone, I have a question to be clarified on.... I already started my application to study at University of Saskatchewan and during filling of bio data and other stuffs, there was a place I was asked if my intention to study in their school is solely based on the funding attached (it's a Yes or No answer needed). I'm confused on which one to tick, please I need assistance on which to go with, thanks.

PS.... I'm going for a PhD program

What do u mean by old and new? U can only have one active passport. If u get a new one the old one will be marked used or something I don’t know d term, nd d new one will be d valid one, if the new one is yet to be out d old one is still valid until u pick up d new one
