I am from the north so I will speak as someone with that experience.

1. We have a higher number of registered voters compared to south
2. Voting in the north is likely more peaceful than the south noone is taunting or threatening... You just come out vote for how you want or sell your pvc and go home
3. Tinubu buys the votes in the north. Yes we sell our votes(some of us).
4. Atiku we even tried for him, because some of us are still salty about those deleted Facebook post & tweet (you know what I mean)

5. The reason you see northerners are nonchalant about who won, is because we learnt our lesson with Buhari. We gave our votes and hopes to Buhari but at the end of the day Baba disappointed us. So that's why (at least) where I am from we don't care who won... We just turn to one verse in The Qur'an that say perhaps you like something which is bad for you and dislike something which is good for you ... We liked Buhari but he was the bad thing for us.
6. In as much as we don't like Tinubu(some of us love him though) we just put our trust in Allah, He puts him there for a reason.

you are right on this bro. I still find it difficult to understand what is really pushing Peter Obi and his headless mobs that they won the election. The only logical thing I can figure out is maybe relying on the prophecies of the commercial men of God that he was going to win the election, if not I can't really place my thought on what is their driving force.

I think they are giving unfair advantage to the APC which shouldn't be so. The mods take pleasure at amplifying divisive posts aimed at vilifying ObiDatti/LP. Even Seun cautioned against the use foul language and ethnic profanity but this uncouth trend continues to thrive due to the actions and inactions of some mischievous mods.

Buhari, Osibanjo and the APC made treasonable comments in 2011 and 2015 respectively but nobody condemned, gaslighted and ridiculed them. Even the religious war accusations against the LP, if we're very sincere, we can say only Atiku and Obi did the right thing by respecting our diversity. However, same party is accusing others of what only them are guilty of to spit and exercebate religious unrest.

Seun should as a matter of urgency do something about this. We may have our differences since we all supported different candidates; however, we shouldn't even be fighting ourselves. C'mon! it's the ruling class against the average Nigerian but here we are fighting each other... They know they can only achieve their aims by causing division amongst us.

You guys are delusional. The status of FCT is like a state in this context. How's Abuja more important than Lagos, Kano, Enugu or Port Harcourt? These states are more populated than Abuja. The drafters of the 1999 constitution did not mean to confer special status for Abuja to the extent of being the determinant. Does New York have such status? Not at all. Why would someone score 25% in 36 States of the Federation and would not be declared winner bcoz he couldn't get 25% in FCT? Does it make sense? When did Abuja become a determining City? The constitution did not say so.
