So I've got an iPhone X that has been laying about unused for somd months now. It works mostly except that the battery is far gone, the in-ear speaker is bad and the screen has a black blotch on the top left. I'm looking to do up the phone by buying high quality replacement parts. I understand that a replacement battery would mean loss of battery health information and I can live with that. I would like to maintain faceID and True tone. Does anyone here do these kinds of fixes? I'm specifically looking for Apple OEM screen or the highest quality aftermarket Soft OLED replacement screen. I'm specifically NOT interested in LCD screens. Does anyone here reprogram replacement screen and in-ear speaker to maintain FaceID and Truetone?
