Nazgul:falacy! If you listen to many rich men out there today, their story will never complete without this. It's like reabilitation and training home , if you live in that settings, you must be wise and sharp. Another good example I see there is that, it propagate both love and hatred. |

I gree up in one in warri... Kinda different from the Lagos type sha, but they share similar characteristics. The experience wasn't bad though, I learnt a lot of things. No environment sharpens your tolerance level like FACE ME I FACE YOU |

Remember when life was so difficult for me.. after when I graduated from University!! I stayed in an uncompleted building in Port Harcourt here from there I moved to one room (face me I face you room). Inside that room I became a chartered accountant. I got a good job that was paying me up to N700k but u won't even know because my lifestyle was still low.. my neighbors thought that I was working as a driver in a company. After staying there for 5yrs, I now moved to one bedroom flat. Now!! Am building my house... Face me I face you was a good experience to me. |

[quote author=Nazgul post=122478075]One thing I was made to understand about that kind of environment is that people living there hardly prosper...I may be wrong though na hear I hear am.[/quot big respect to those who made it out from the ghetto…if you’ve not lived there you won’t understand how hard it is….if you from the ghetto align with the reach cuz it motivates you and boost ur chances of meeting influential personalities.. |

Everything you wrote here doesn't apply to my dad's "face me I face you" house in Benin City. Total monthly payments from 4 tenants including electricity bill is 20k. Monthly electricity payment from the house analogue meter is 20 to 20k. Very neat house and compound, no leaking roof , borehole and water running smoothly, wc toile, Kitchen, dish sink, watch hand basin and bathroom all available and enclosed but unfortunately even some of the tenants will rather prefer to brush teeth outside. They are lucky the compound is wide with space for agricultural garden. No noise and playing of music on loud speakers, no cooking inside the room or sneaked in hot plate to cook, no quarrelling. Nobody sits at home lazing around from 9AM to 3PM. My dad is late and mum still lives in the house selling in her provision shop in the house. She thoroughly screens anyone before allowing you lives there as tenant. After carefully doing all analysis, "face me I face you" is not a good investment route if you are branching into estates as an investment alternative. Still looking to convert the house for future personal use. Tenants are allowed to ensure the house doesn't rot a way and lonely. This is how we ended up having countless abandoned houses all around when the original owners dies. Most children don't care simply because the input is larger than the output amongst other reasons. |

DrAkpamudehe:My father has a 4 floor building in the same area, he collects 650,refused to move it to 850,its far more spacious (old decent house) than here (developper house.. P. O. P lanje) he asked me how do i expect them to cope, i am yoruba, its stupid for anyone to be attacking igbos, you are all being used... Its not about being able to afford it, the tv is more than 1.5,desktop and laptop are more than 2.5...its about value, if it was in lekki where clients pay 100k for what i do, its understandable, this is mainland where i can hardly charge 25. |
