Either is good and you can do Nigerian used so far it is inspected by a pro before you buy.
However they both have their pro and cons.

Driving experience - The gs350 takes this easily. It is RWD and has AWD option. You can even learn to drift and have more fun with it.

Speed - gs350 easily

Reliability - similar

Parts/maintenance - es350 takes this as parts more readily available and the drivetrain is similar to what most technicians are familiar with. A replacement engine for the gs350 will take at least a million outta your pocket. But would you need to?

Practicality - the es350 takes this as the cabin and trunk are bigger which might come in handy if you're a family man.

Fuel economy - WTF is that if you're thinking of buying a v6?

My PERSONAL opinion:
The gs350 is the better car to drive.

From lexus forum 2010 to 2015 RX350 has a sealed transmission you aren't supposed to change the transmission fluid but

1. Some suggested changing it at 100k km but check the condition any color deviation from Pink then there is no crime changing it. Once it's out of warranty you know you are on ur own

2. When the vehicle is used for towing, it should be changed at 60k miles.

Yes the transmission has a drain and fill plug at the top of the transmission which can be accessed from under the vehicle after the plastic protection covers have been removed, a dealer device is used to change it while using a laser guide device to check the temp of the transmission with the vehicle in on position.

For DIY (which ur kazeem would probably follow) he unbolts the plus and replace exactly the amount he put using toyota WS fluid nothing more.

From the temp error, scan vehicle first, clear codes and drive if error doesn't come back, no slipping in gear and transmission fluid is pink, please leave changing of the fluid and enjoy your vehicle.

Thank you. I got the car scanned and they couldn’t find anything . They referred me to another technician who concluded that one of the fans was bad and responsible for the alarm . He has changed it , I sincerely hope that solves the problem

Pls when rain falls I notice some leaks in my es 350.

My glove box get wet and soaks up the papers and other things inside and I see water on my passenger foot match

Pls where can that leak be coming from
