Failing to disclose your activities, such as hiding your MBA qualification, could potentially create issues for you in the future, especially when applying for Permanent Residence. This omission may be considered as misrepresentation, which could lead to serious consequences.

How much is the highest amount wey dey enter your account steady, if it's in the range of 1M - 1.5M, it's not a lump sum, if it's in the range of 200K - 500K, it's a lump sum. That's how you know.

If your opening balance is in the hundred thousands, and the closing balance is in excess of 7-10M, LUMP SUM!!!

Your sponsor can send you first semester tuition and one year living expenses, then still show POF that you or sponsor is capable of remaining fees.

Please what next after medical has been passed? Are there other things they check before the can approve the application after medical has been passed? I passed the medical since Monday but eligibility review is still in progress.

You cannot combine full time study with full-time work. It's a red flag. As a matter of fact even part-time in a remote capacity is a bad idea. Rather go for full study leave, this is my view, others may have contrary opinion.

1. I suspect the VO was concerned about that your sponsor will have difficulties in raising funds since the a higher % of the funds in his account were raised from sales of land. (Did you show what the sponsor does for a living that will continually raise funds for him?)
2. In the funds are still in your sponsor's account then it will be good for your reapplication, as the funds would have been there for a while.
3. I also think you need to tweak your SOP to explain and shed more light on the POF section, ie show why and how the funds were raised and the source of income of the sponsor.

My sponsor is a lecturer with businesses on the side and one of them is buying and selling of lands.

I provided all evidence relating to her work and the deeds of assignments of the lands.

Please is this normal?

And can I send mails to inquire about the update on his application? Since I applied that he will be accompanying me and mine is approved. Though the processing time isn’t up to one month yet.

Be patient. You are very close...like my guide told me, when you get a medical examination request know that they are almost done with your application.
